08/03/2026: For years, once or twice a year, my friends and I have treated ourselves to Pompeo's Osteria Borgo Incantato. It's a regular event we wouldn't miss for anything in the world. With just 25-30 seats, the atmosphere is intimate and meticulously curated: a homey atmosphere enhanced by refined table linens, a perfect blend of elegance and warmth.
Each time, we're amazed by the dishes created with excellent ingredients, often local, but always of the finest quality. Pompeo's work is exceptional: he puts care, love, and a contagious charm into it. Honorable mention goes to the wine, always top-notch (after all, the "Cinese del Piglio" is a guarantee of absolute quality).
It's a unique place where you can experience the convivial atmosphere of an osteria, but dine with the sophistication of a Michelin-starred restaurant... all at trattoria prices. The journey here is amply rewarded by a culinary experience that's different every time. A true gem.
28/02/2026: I've known Pompeo for years, and every time I return to Osteria al Vicolo Fatato, it feels like home. He's a true host, one of those authentic ones who pours passion, soul, and authenticity into every dish. Every appetizer is an explosion of flavor: different options, never banal, but always top-notch. You can taste his love for traditional cuisine, crafted with patience and expert craftsmanship, capable of taking you back to fond memories with just a single taste.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a special moment with friends or family. And then there's Pompeo, along with his staff: the real icing on the cake. Attentive, smiling, and professional, they manage to make you enjoy an experience that goes beyond a simple lunch or dinner.
I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for his cuisine and for the culinary emotion he gives us every time. It's not just a restaurant, it's a place where taste meets soul. Thank you, Pompeo, until next time. ❤️

16/09/2025: The La Tenuta il Sogno restaurant is located in Piglio, on the Anticolana road, which leads from Fiuggi to the Fiuggi/Anagni highway.
From the gated entrance, a long path leads through the beautiful garden, where you can admire a lovely pond and, further ahead, a beautiful setting. To access the restaurant, you pass through a lovely, cool, and shaded grove.
The food is good and varied. The delicious appetizers are excellent.
The only downside: I found the interior ceiling to be low, which makes it seem much smaller than it actually is. A little larger would make the space feel larger and more harmonious.
08/09/2025: We couldn't have chosen a better place for our wedding.
Thanks to Giulia and her entire family, we spent the entire preparation period with great peace of mind, because they supported and guided us step by step through every stage and every detail, from the ceremony to the dinner to the party.
Thanks to each and every one of them, our special day was perfect!
An enchanting place with wonderful people, both professionally and personally.

08/03/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance while looking for food. We were drawn to this farmhouse nestled in the middle of a vineyard. The hostess was warmly welcomed, finding us a table for two despite the restaurant being full. The restaurant boasts its own wine list and refined cuisine, where every dish on the menu has the perfect wine to pair with it. The enchanting atmosphere and exceptional food make us want to return.
31/01/2026: A charming place, surrounded by greenery and rows of grapes, with a wonderful view of the hills.
The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, with exposed beams and a wooden window overlooking the vineyard and the Piglio. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, with all the amenities, and the shower was excellent.
Dinner at their restaurant was exceptionally delicious, with appetizers, first courses, and second courses. The desserts were also delicious. The red wine they produce was excellent, and the service was efficient and fast. A special mention goes to the chef who created gourmet dishes.
Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of cakes, tarts, and even a delicious savory selection.
The staff was efficient and very friendly.
Absolute silence both day and night, a true oasis for those coming from the city.
An excellent experience, one to be repeated soon.

24/10/2025: Gianfranco's Cantinetta..!! A wonderful surprise in Piglio. We were welcomed by the owners with such kindness and sincerity. They offered us excellent Ciociaria cuisine. Excellent quality food accompanied by the famous Cesanese del Piglio wine. Excellent value. Characterful and very welcoming place, especially the room with windows offering breathtaking views. Recommended!! 👍👏👏

20/02/2026: Simple yet tasty cuisine. Just a few dishes, but all worth trying. Everyone is very welcoming, friendly, and approachable. We return at least a couple of times a year, especially during porcini mushroom season.

29/12/2025: It's the first time I've ever visited this restaurant with my parents. What a marvel to find such a warm welcome, but above all, such exquisite goodness. What can I say about such exquisite, flavorful, and tender lamb? Even now, my taste buds are still enchanted by its deliciousness! Not to mention the excellent arrosticini, delicious and plentiful (a full 10 per portion). In a beautiful open-view refrigerator, beautiful, well-aged meats (steaks that are every bit as good as the renowned Florentine steaks, tagliata, and ribs). The wine selection was good, from Brunello to the excellent Cesanese from Cantina Terenzi, which paired well with the excellent gnocchi with wild boar sauce and a pasta dish like patacche with Scottona sauce, which was exceptional, soft and creamy.
It was a very positive experience, both in terms of quality and price. I urge readers who are kind enough to read what I wrote to see for themselves how genuine and good I found it. We will definitely be back!
29/12/2025: A wonderful lunch with our grandchildren, five of us: everything was truly delicious, from the warm bruschetta with lard, to the pappardelle with wild boar, to the patacche with scottona sauce, a delicious shank of beef, and not to mention the roast lamb. Everything was excellent, from the service to the family atmosphere. Unusually, at the entrance, there's a refrigerator with excellent meats: scottona, Fiorentina, and Tomahawk. The wine list is good, with a good selection and good value; the Cesanese Hernicus is a must-try! Last but not least, the restrooms are spotlessly clean and well-stocked.
If we go to the restaurant, we know we can't go wrong here!!! Well done!!

La gentilezza e cordialità dei ragazzi di Sala e i piatti super che uscivano dalla cucina ci hanno fatto passare una domenica di Pasqua davvero eccezionale!!!! Complimenti ai proprietari che hanno davvero messo su un posto davvero ospitale, caldo e accogliente che fa venir voglia di tornare di nuovo!!!!

14/12/2024: Premetto, che questo agriturismo si trova piuttosto isolato, e non ci si capita per caso; fatta questa premessa, mi aspettavo decisamente di più da questo locale ad incominciare dall'antipasto decisamente scadente, meglio la lasagna e la carne con un contorno di ottime patate. Proprietari e personale di sala estremamente gentili e cordiali. Menù fisso e conto nella media.

Antipasto fiori di zucca fritti unti e bisunti... io paccheri con zucca e salsiccia, pasta stracotta (sicuramente ore prima) e sugo incommentabile... mio marito tre ossa d'agnello e 5 patate arrosto..
Tanto è che mi hanno tolto dal conto i fiori e il primo... si saranno resi conto? Mah! A mai più!

pizza super buonissima leggera sottile e lievitata bene poi ho preso una Margherita rivisitata del bravissimo pizzaiolo Noro Giordano , grande . Consiglio da provare
