26/01/2025: Ambiente accogliente e unico, cucina ottima con molta scelta . Gentili e attenti i camerieri. Solo un consiglio: i capelli quando si gira per i tavoli,sia per sparecchiare, che quando si portano a tavola i piatti , vanno legati; e mi riferisco alla cameriera più grande. Ho avuto il terrore di ritrovarmeli nel piatto .

20/01/2025: Location non facilissima da raggiungere ma vale la pena anche di fare due passi a piedi nelle stradine caratteristiche del borgo. Della cucina cosa dire .....40 anni di esperienza al servizio dei palati più esigenti. Cibo ottimo e ricercato, cantina fornitissima e prezzi contenuti. Personale e servizio al top, peccato che il proprietario sia antipatico ..... Scherzo naturalmente, Amedeo è molto simpatico, attento e disponibile. Trattoria Consolare è una garanzia

However, I found the division between "basic" and "premium" a bit superfluous, a choice that could cause confusion or be unclear for some customers. 14/02/2025: Siamo stati a cena con degli amici e abbiamo preso un antipasto e i calzoni che erano abbastanza buoni, solo che consiglio di prendere quello baby perché quello normale è per due persone . Il personale era gentile, il ristorante molto semplice. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono.

20/01/2025: Historic restaurant but one I had never been to. I booked for dinner and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Delicious and plentiful cod gnocchi, wonderful pizza, excellent dough as well as the seasoning. The meat also convinced me. Honest prices. Without exaggerating, for a dinner for 4 people, you will eat well and leave happy. The service is also good, fast, attentive and never intrusive.

The quality of the food is unquestionable: the burgers are prepared with fresh and tasty meat, with a perfect consistency, enclosed in a light and tasty bun. The appetizers, from crispy fried foods to cold cuts, surprise with their goodness and authenticity. The aubergine meatballs are an authentic delight, while the selection of beers - vast and well-studied - completes the culinary experience. Service is another strong point: the staff, always smiling and helpful, make every customer feel welcome. The owners, passionate and knowledgeable, convey their love for the profession in every dish and in every gesture. An added value is the location in a historic area, with the convenience of parking right in front. And, if you are lucky enough to find the fireplace lit, the atmosphere becomes even warmer and more welcoming, giving you the feeling of being at home. After two visits, I can say with certainty that I will return again. Recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy great food in an authentic and relaxed environment.

29/12/2024: Excessively high prices, very small portions Poor service, poor food quality, sad, small and frozen place, people smoking electronic cigarettes in the place, they didn't even have the rest of the money to give me, when I left they didn't even say hello, rudeness to the nth degree for me, I don't recommend it!
