13/01/2026: Excellent location, lucky those who get a room with a terrace overlooking the mountains, excellent traditional cuisine, they accept dogs (we went with 2 gold retrievers, clean rooms. Plenty for walking or snowshoeing with dogs in tow. Good hospitality, we will definitely be back
10/01/2026: We visited this restaurant with our family (with two small children). The lunch was truly excellent. We had a traditional appetizer, polenta concia and gnocchi al Blu, agnolotti with tomato sauce, and two desserts. Everything was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. The view of the mountains from the restaurant is truly beautiful!
It's definitely worth it; we hope to return!

28/12/2025: We arrived for lunch overlooking Saint Nicholas. We had tagliatelle with artichokes, which wasn't bad but had decidedly too few artichokes, and a carbonara for our second course. The carbonara didn't include any side dishes and was rather greasy and tough. The sauce was quite runny, nothing like what we've had at other restaurants in the valley. The waitress was rather surly and rude. We won't be returning.

15/01/2026: Beyond all expectations, the owner is exquisitely kind and courteous.
28/12/2025: We stayed 4 nights, 2 couples and 2 dogs. What can I say? The first day was nothing special, except for the breakfast, which was limited and only sweet, nothing savory.
One suggestion: review the buffet.
On the second day, my husband went down to reception with the dog and was told that dogs couldn't be left in the room because cleaning was supposed to be done every day, even though when I booked they told me dogs were welcome.
I told the gentleman, who I don't know in the profession, that you can't bring pets when skiing or at the spa.
He insisted that the rooms had to be cleaned, but since he's a professional, as I told the "gentleman," I don't want the room cleaned. If a room is closed, it's the guests who decide whether to have it cleaned or not.
I gave her an example, saying: "Excuse me if I have valuables and I don't want anyone coming into the room." She replied that there's a safe in the room, but in reality there isn't one.
Anyway, I'm disappointed about this, and since I pointed out that I was a professional and explained a bit about how the hotel industry works, all I had to say was, "I'm sorry." Enjoy your vacation.
The kind and knowledgeable cleaning ladies, even talking to them, confirmed my point.
I'll close by saying, "HAPPY NEW YEAR" and my advice: take refresher courses.

22/09/2024: Persone gentilissime, locale pulitissimo ed il posto è perfetto per chi ama la pace assoluta e vuol fare escursioni. I cellulari non prendono ma c'è il wifi.
La Strada è un po' impegnativa.

09/08/2023: La strada per arrivare in questo locale sale fino a 1460 metri snodandosi attraverso vasti prati verdeggianti. Accoglienza molto cordiale e garbata. Cibo ottimo. Locale rustico e autentico: bello sia all'interno, sia all'esterno. Consigliato!
24/07/2023: comodo parcheggio a lato strada, ottima crepe valdostana, prelibata. Posticino intimo. Meglio prenotare.
