17/03/2024: The set up is 30 euro per person for whatever the menu is of the day is.
This for us two was a bottle of wine, 5 different fish each , Big bowl of salad, big basket of bread, Canoli, and a digestive.
All the food was fantastic but the customer service was appalling.
On a Sunday night in March there was one other couple eating one waiter and the chefs.
As soon as the other couple left the waiter started playing on his phone with volume at max, we could hear it over the background music, the other couple were offered a choice of digestive we were just given one.
We felt like they really could not be bothered it made a memorable evening for us but, for all the wrong reasons.
14/03/2024: This was probably the best restaurant for fish I’ve ever eaten at. Super fresh, cooked perfectly no fancy sauces to cover the gorgeous various tastes all the fishes served had to offer and believe me, there were more plates served than we could possibly consume. Our server was kind and gave us a lot of attention, his parents are the chefs and they’re amazing. All the food served from local olive oil to super just made canaloni were out of this world. If you doubled the price it would still be a bargain! If you don’t eat at Boomerang you’ve missed the very best Sicily has to offer. The day was spent visiting the archeological park which was unique and wonderful but to end a perfect day and sit down and dine at this very romantic restaurant was the real pleasure of our trip and lovely Selinunte 😋

11/11/2023: A really beautiful natural complex in the middle of olive groves. All of the staff are super nice and help wherever possible. There are 2 large pools and one for children as well as a small playground 😊
It's not a typical hotel as it used to be. It is more comparable to a holiday resort. We would go there again at any time. The rooms are large and really perfect even with children. The location is of course a bit remote, but you can get around here easily by car and you can quickly get to the beach with good restaurants.
All in all a very nice place to vacation.
The restaurant in the hotel is actually very nice, but we were always seated in the next room, which is really not nice or comfortable. We would have liked to have been able to eat in the actual restaurant, but for reasons we couldn't explain, this wasn't possible. But the food is really very good!
We will definitely come back.

02/11/2023: Piacevolissima esperienza trascorsa in un luogo in mezzo al verde. Svegliarsi con il cinguettio degli uccelli non ha prezzo. Cibo ottimo e piatti gradevoli sia alla vista che al palato. Ottima la Colazione mediterranea. Servita in una graziosissima saletta.Servizio impeccabile dalla reception al servizio in sala.
Ottimo per una bella vacanza rilassante.

30/03/2024: It is configured as an informal pizzeria to spend a Saturday evening with an informal atmosphere and service.
It eats well and is youthful. The menu is quite extensive.
However, there are some suggestions for improvement:
-Make sure the room is clean. The place was crowded, but I am convinced that we can do better;
-Take care of the cleanliness of plates and glasses because oven soot is not welcome in drinks;
- Don't worry about adding an extra croquette in the fried mix (because I found 2 in a medium mix);
-I believe in the pizza chef but in some places the pizza was undercooked and in others a little burnt: more uniform cooking is needed.

22/04/2024: Terrible service. The room was completely empty and despite this there was no attention at all from the waiters who forgot about a celiac menu. (said two days in advance)
Even the starter was not of good quality, not to mention the pizza.

29/12/2023: Posto orribile, gechi sui muri della sala rustica tra cui anche ragnatele con i ragni sui lampadari mentre il cibo era sul tavolo, antipasto scadente, la pasta troppo cruda altrettanto anche la carne, di buono c’era solamente il vino e il caffè… a persona 38 euro totalmente rubati! Camerieri in educati, titolare del locale arrogante tra cui anche io cugino abbastanza in educato nei confronti dei clienti non atteggiamento sfottente con parole pensanti… locale pessimo

01/04/2024: I liked it and went back twice. The former are more intriguing than the latter.
The place is well kept and the cooking is fast.
I liked the busiate.
You could think about modernizing not so much the place, but your style, and perhaps try to simplify the menu.
And even the tablecloths could be more stylish.
The ceramics, see the plates, are beautiful.
I didn't like the house wine.
04/03/2024: A place without infamy and without praise. Nice location with helpful staff. Quality of food not excellent (we only tried the restaurant, not pizza). Positive note for the very low prices.

09/05/2024: My family and I spent a weekend at the Hotel Miramare Garzia and we were extremely satisfied with the experience. Despite the bad weather, the view of the sea from our room in the rain was simply phenomenal. The rooms, although simple, were extremely clean, and I was pleased to notice the attention that the property pays to cleanliness, something I pay a lot of attention to on my travels.
It would have been great to be able to go down to the beach right in front of the hotel, and we will definitely return hoping for sunnier days. The family atmosphere of the hotel was an added value, making the stay not only comfortable but also welcoming. The proximity to the sea and the Selinunte archaeological park, which we reached on foot, made the hotel's location even more convenient.
The staff proved friendly and helpful on every occasion. We particularly appreciated the rich breakfast served at the table, I find it hygienic compared to the usual buffets.
I'm sure we'll be back soon to enjoy the wonderful hospitality of this property again.

The positive point of this family hotel is the welcome by a very friendly and French-speaking team.
But that's all we found positive. Room more than aging, noisy because at the intersection of the stairs, and whose window overlooked the pipes on the roof!
And restaurant closed for work.

18/08/2023: We ate some delicious tartare, a seafood appetizer, a cuttlefish ink risotto and busiate with seafood, the only flaw being the mixed fry which, in addition to being very salty, included calamari, baby octopus and a, I mean a, prawn. The restaurant wasn't very full, despite this the service was very, very slow, for a cold appetizer and a first course, per person (there were 3 of us) an hour and a half, in my opinion it's excessive! In any case, the staff was friendly and kind, during the payment phase, to apologize for the inconvenience of the frying, I was given a discount of €5.00. Honest prices!
