09/02/2025: Excellent and authentic tavern, but the service (courtesy and professionalism, for the staff in the room with white jackets) is restaurant-style.
You drink and eat very well (intelligent few dishes, but done well and at honest prices)
Moreover, being in the historic center, we can enjoy a stroll after lunch. We will always return and with many friends.
09/02/2025: Excellent traditional cuisine, using fresh local ingredients. Very extensive wine list, courteous and well-organised service. Fair prices.

29/12/2024: First time in this restaurant, Sunday for lunch, we enjoyed it
quite homemade and really good food, we took two set menus of meat and for my son à la carte, a cutlet and an Italian starter. It was all very good, very generous dishes for both the starters and the first courses, as well as the abundance the quality and taste also deserve 5 stars, not to mention all the staff who welcomed us with a smile, professionalism and kindness, careful to ask for anything. Welcoming and very nice place, I didn't give 5 stars just because we were at a table near the entrance and people not closing the door made it cold to enter. Highly recommended place, we paid €30 each for the fixed meat menu, very honest price especially taking into consideration the quality and portions. We will definitely be back
12/12/2024: We tried both the meat and fish menus, they also gave us the gluten-free fish menu and it was really excellent. Also tried the vegetarian menu and it was very rich and good. Absolutely worth trying.
There were also lactose intolerants in the room and they were attentive to them too.
We were satisfied.
We'll be back.

22/12/2024: Posto eccezionale sia per vino che per cibo. Vito ci ha trattato con i guanti bianchi fin da quando siamo entrati, estremamente gentile, competente e disponibile. Un’esperienza completa dalla visita delle cantine alla degustazione al tavolo insieme alle squisite portate dello chef.
Fortemente raccomandato :)
27/10/2024: Posto elegante e raffinato, il cameriere assegnato al nostro tavolo è stato preparato e competente e ci ha messo subito a nostro agio spiegandoci egregiamente l'organizzazione del locale. Cucina a vista organizzata e piacevole nelle sue varie fasi. Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione "monti", un connubio perfetto tra la presentazione visiva e la ricercatezza negli abbinamenti. Abbiamo riscontrato un ritardo su una portata "fuori menù degustazione", ma irrilevante nel contesto della serata.
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è più che equilibrato. Ritorneremo sicuramente...

03/11/2024: Locale scaduto nel tempo. Nel sugo delle pappardelle al cinghiale erano presenti dei filamenti di carne sparsa in un salsa scadente. Lo stinco di maiale spacciato per fresco era quello imbustato precotto che io cucino meglio. I funghi Troppo arrostiti su una piastra non ripulita dal cibo precedente. Costolette di agnello congelate!!! Al personale consiglio un corso accelerato di sala/bar.
02/11/2024: Mi avevano consigliato questo locale come tradizionale, ma di tradizionale c'è solo la location, antipasto con prodotti da banco salumeria, tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale.... forse non hanno catturato il cinghiale quindi era solo con il ragù un po' sciapo e tagliatelle oltre la cottura, stinco di maiale precotto da supermercato, i dolci... meglio non commentare, personale poco qualificato.

02/05/2024: B&b con un bellissimo panorama , personale abbastanza gentile e disponibile, gli antipasti molto buoni ad eccezione del formaggio, un po' troppo secco e asciutto, primi e secondi buonissimi, il tiramisù idem ... assolutamente consigliato

Siamo stati 3 anni fa e ritengo che il prezzo sia cresciuto e la qualità calata. Il menù è rimasto praticamente lo stesso. All'interno nel w.e. tavoli sovraffollati in ogni angolo libero, molto rumoroso e ... soli 2 bagni. Antipasto con prodotti molto buoni e altri meno. Formaggi e salumi secchi (affettati forse il giorno prima) mentre ottima la caponata, il pane cunzato, gelatina e cipolla.
Primi molto buoni (ravioli di ricotta, risotto con i funghi e tagliatelle al finocchietto).
Carne molto buona come materia prima ma niente di particolare come preparazione. Fettine di lonza e di vitella alla piastra.
Insalata semplice.
Vino da 5 e mezzo.
Dolce deludente per un agriturismo ragusano (tiramisù o gelato al limone)
Prezzo appena passato da 25 a 28€ (20€, 3 anni fa)
