29/01/2025: I had booked a SUITE for one night, 01-07-2025, also including the wellness program, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I had chosen this place mainly for the spa, which included the Turkish bath. However, once I arrived, I was informed that the Turkish bath service had been out of order since that afternoon, so I could not use it. Furthermore, the basin with the ladle for cooling off was missing from the sauna, despite it being clearly represented in the promotional images. In the refreshment area of ​​the wellness center, I took a Coca-Cola and, tasting it, I immediately noticed a strange taste: upon checking, I discovered that it had expired. I reported the situation to the reception, asking for at least a partial refund of the €80 (exclusive price of the SPA) that I would have had to pay the next day, considering that I had chosen this structure precisely because of the presence of the Turkish bath and that I had faced a long journey to reach it. I was told to stay a little longer at the wellness center obviously with the same services, although I kept asking to meet the manager. Finally, at the end of the journey, leaving on time at the time set in the reservation, I met the director who proved to be rude, not very courteous, incapable of giving satisfactory answers. He said there would be no refund for me and when my partner joined us to talk, the manager rudely continued to state what he said, because according to him, the disservice if it had happened somewhere else the price would have remained the same. At the time of payment, not only was I charged the full amount without any consideration for the inconvenience suffered, but the matter was completely ignored. In addition to these problems there were other factors that I think make the place even more disappointing: I noticed that some parts of the spa were not functioning well, for example some buttons that were supposed to activate specific functions of the showers that did not respond correctly, compromising the overall experience, not to mention the expired drinks as mentioned above Other negative aspects of the stay concern the room: the rooms are not soundproofed and in the bathroom there was no classic paper seal on the toilet which guarantees cleanliness. We didn't find the right number of towels beyond the body ones. Additionally, there were no directions in the room to connect to Wi-Fi and the phone provided by the hotel didn't work, forcing me to leave the room to search for signal with my cell phone. The only positive aspect was a small part of the staff: I found only one lady during breakfast and a waiter in the evening kind and competent. But despite this I found discomfort during the booking due to constant misunderstandings with those who managed the booking. Finally, visually the structure did not particularly impress me. The room area is certainly more refined than the restaurant and some external areas, but the restaurant, parking and entrance areas really leave something to be desired. I would like to say that my experience, beyond the terrible direct experience with the owner, did not live up to expectations and, for the price paid, I would have expected a much better level of service.

10/11/2024: Clean and welcoming place, served by one of the owners who welcomed us and served us with great kindness, the menu of the day being able to choose was excellent, plentiful dishes especially the first courses. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back

03/11/2024: Oggi 3/11/2024,siamo stati in quest'albergo, io ,mio marito e nostra figlia!,eravamo nella camera 101,molto gentili ,buone persone ,ottimi prezzi e cibo di qualità, nella stanza molto pulita,nella nostra stanza c'erano 2 lettini e un letto matrimoniale, e la colazione però si faceva nel bar accanto,complimenti, consigliatissimo e ci ritorneremo
