23/09/2025: A marvel!!! We took a trip to Sicily looking for, among other things, the best pasta dish, and we found what we were looking for right in the heart of the island. Many times, in movies that talk about Italian cuisine, a cozy, family-friendly and homely restaurant is shown where the protagonists meet a lady who cooks and delights with food, because it really exists! From now on, we love Maria not only for cooking us extraordinary dishes (we repeated several days), but also because she told us many things about the island and life.
