21/08/2025: Four of us ate there today. All tables were served bread, but we didn't. The starter we ordered (bruschetta) arrived after the waiters were reminded, after the first two main courses had been served. My daughter got her pasta (carbonara) first. When my wife's second main course, fish, was served, the carbonara was already cold. The salad I ordered with it only arrived after another reminder. When the fish had been eaten, my second daughter's pizza finally arrived. After my family was full, I asked the waiter for the fish I had ordered, which arrived about 10 minutes later. The quality of the ordered food was good, but the service was beyond disastrous. I've never experienced anything so poorly organized, and we eat in restaurants quite often. What a shame for us, as we had been looking forward to this evening so much.

10/08/2025: I returned after a few years...I had the really good fish à la carte menu...excellent value for money...I will return.

04/10/2025: In 2030, they don't have air conditioning in the rooms. The place is very dated and the aperitif is poor and old. It's not worth the price!!! It was supposed to be a surprise for my partner and I made a fool of myself. The photos on the website are fake.

03/10/2025: Corte in Fiore gave us memories for life – warm staff, breathtaking venue & flawless wedding days. September 2025 Corte in Fiore has truly become like our second family. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine care. We celebrated our wedding here with nearly 80 guests over four unforgettable days, and although we don’t speak a word of Italian, the entire team handled everything seamlessly. The food and wine are absolutely outstanding, and the restaurant is run beautifully by Carlo and his wonderful staff. The property itself is stunning – a gorgeous pool area with plenty of sunbeds, a pool bar, and charming outdoor spaces that made every moment feel special. The spa is another highlight, where Valentina and Fabrizio create a truly relaxing atmosphere. I especially recommend the Kobido face massage! A special thank you to Giusy at the reception – she was beyond amazing. She managed every detail with such kindness and professionalism that we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Every member of the team went above and beyond, and there are so many more we could mention – they all made us feel cared for, as if we were part of their family. If you are planning a wedding near Rome, this is the place to go. You’ll create memories for a lifetime, feel completely at ease, and be able to truly enjoy your big day. We cannot recommend Corte in Fiore highly enough.

07/09/2025: Saturday night, we called at 9:00 PM to see if there was room. They told us to come in, as all the tables were being re-set. We arrived, but it wasn't ready, and they asked us to wait... a 15-minute wait for a Saturday night was understandable. They almost threw plates, cutlery, and glasses at us... we ordered 25 arrosticini, fried cheese, and supplì to start, and in the meantime, we were going to decide on a pizza... the drinks arrived almost instantly. We removed our glasses from our plates to start with a glass of water, and I noticed that my plate had brown spots... looking at it more closely, I noticed that it was greasy, as if they'd just wiped it with a cloth. So I checked my wife's and son's. They were equally greasy. I called the waiter, who apologized and took them to replace them. Two minutes later, he returned with the same plates and told us they had no more dishes in the kitchen, making a move to put them back under us... so we were off to a bad start. I politely replied that I understand they had full plates, but that's no excuse for serving dirty plates twice. It's not something you can do the first time, let alone the second, so I kindly ask you to wash them and bring them back to me clean. Shortly afterward, he brings back the three dishes, still warm from the dishwasher, apologizing again and saying it was his first day. I reply that I understand and that it's not his problem, but rather that of those who haven't received the proper training before their shift, but that it's not something you can do anyway. Fried food arrives immediately. Good. Arrosticini shortly afterward, and these are also really good. We order two more arrosticini and a pizza to share so we can save weight and try something else, and we're told there's a bit of a wait... well, it's Saturday, I understand... it's 10:30 PM... we can wait 30 minutes, maybe... We spent an hour staring at each other waiting for the pizza... At 11:30 PM, I call the waitress to tell her to forget about the pizza and go straight to dessert, since the baby was already cooked in the high chair... she didn't even let us talk, saying she was going to check on my pizza, I'll take it to the other room right away... Another 10 minutes go by and I don't see her come back, so we get up and go to the cashier to tell her to cancel the pizza, that we'd pay the bill, and that we'd leave. The lady apologizes and asks if we wanted to order it quickly. Meanwhile, the waitress comes out and goes to someone else's table. We hear her say they're about to put the pizzas at their table in the oven, but they'd rather order something else at that point, since some had already finished eating and others hadn't eaten anything. I reply that since theirs still has to be baked, it's pointless at this point. We wanted both pizza and dessert, but if they're also closed in 20 minutes, I don't feel like eating it like this and then drinking dessert. I reply that I'd prefer it next time, but that it's too late to wait any longer for pizza and then dessert. The lady apologizes, takes the pizza off our bill, we pay, and leave. The arrosticini were delicious, by the way. We're very satisfied with those... but the service really needs updating... not because of the guy who was there on his first day, but because of the overall organization of the kitchen and the dishwashing department. In 25 years of restaurant experience, I've never served a dirty dish with the excuse that they were out of stock, and I've never made them wait so long for an order. I simply informed them that we were out of pizza dough for that evening, inviting them to order more. We would have understood, given the busy evening, and perhaps ordered another 20 arrosticini and then dessert... we left with a bitter taste in our mouths for an uneaten pizza and the desserts we didn't order... and my son, who had only eaten 3 arrosticini all evening. We'll return maybe on a weekday, but unlikely on the weekend because they don't know how to manage, as other customers near us who have been coming here for years have confirmed... small parking lot. Large and noisy place. Friendly waiters, but could use better training.

06/09/2025: Everything was good, the staff was kind and helpful... except for the supplì fried with FIAT oil.

05/09/2025: Definitely an excellent takeaway. I've known and frequented it for years now. The pizza is very good, but in the summer it gets super crowded, which affects the counter service, which can get a bit chaotic. They also do takeaway pizza by the slice.

11/08/2025: White Beach: sea, music, and fun guaranteed! A unique atmosphere for an unforgettable day.

28/07/2025: The place is impossible to reach by car, and even the directions weren't clear at all. There's only a pedestrian crossing. The place has a good view of the sea, and on Saturday there was even live music. The appetizers were very good, and the first courses were also good, but be careful with the tonnarello with clams; it was full of sand, and I almost hurt my teeth several times. The pasta was edible, but a little overcooked.

15/09/2025: My opinion is influenced by the type of offer as we were with a sports club at agreed prices, helpful staff, little varied menu and little choice, large room but cleanliness needs to be reviewed, especially the shower.

14/09/2025: I highly recommend this place. We were with a group of almost 60 people with disabilities. It's a very friendly place, conveniently located, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Delicious local food, generous portions. The place has a unique atmosphere, very close to the sea. I highly recommend it!

28/08/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant. Traditional Lazio dishes are simple but expertly prepared. The seafood is excellent, and the service is professional and friendly. The atmosphere is a bit impersonal, but pleasant. For those coming from Rome, the experience is worth the trip. Highly recommended! (Especially the soup!)
