11/08/2025: The Osteria La Portella restaurant is a family-run establishment located in the center of Sonnino in a beautifully renovated building. We were extremely impressed by the friendly service and the quality of the ingredients. The dishes are exceptional: homemade pasta, Sonnino-style goat, and snails. We will definitely be back. I'm updating this review almost a year later for another truly positive experience. Ignazio, his wife, and his entire family made us feel at home and delighted us with their pasta dishes and a traditional lamb cacciatore. We also discovered the truly remarkable Abbuoto wine from the Monti Cecubi winery. Many compliments and we look forward to returning soon.

Location niente di che allo scalo di Sonnino .
Antipasto scarno però di qualità, così come il resto dei prodotti .
Il coperto 2,50. Un po’ esagerato .
I prezzi un po’ alti considerando la location.
27/04/2025: Il personale è estremamente cordiale, disponibile e accogliente, facendoci sentire come a casa. Il locale è carino e l'atmosfera piacevole.
Abbiamo provato le mezze maniche con i galletti, la coratella e una grigliata mista di carne, tutto ben cucinato. A fine pasto ci hanno offerto l'ammazzacaffè. Abbiamo concluso con un'ottima zuppa inglese, un dessert che ormai in pochi propongono.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono, con porzioni e prezzi onesti.
