17/02/2026: We found this trattoria thanks to a recommendation from Anna, an employee at Bar Mon Amour in Aprilia. We found it to be a very welcoming, quiet place, with kind, helpful, and smiling staff. The dishes we chose were sublime: fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, fettuccine with artichoke cream, and pasta with provola and potatoes. What can I say about the grilled chicken breast accompanied by boiled potatoes...delicious! To finish, the black truffle ice cream...my mouth is still watering!! And the price??? Go and tell me. Every time I go to Aprilia, I'll have no doubts: I'll have lunch at Uncle Armando's ❤️

10/02/2026: Highly recommended! Alessia helped me organize a lunch for 50 guests and it was fantastic! They took care of every aspect of the meal, including transportation in thermal containers. Everything was perfect, even the cake was beautiful and delicious! Excellent value for money!

21/09/2025: First experience for a 50th wedding anniversary. The lady at the desk who welcomed us was kind and friendly. As for the location, it was a truly dream place, with attention to every detail. Finally, the menu features authentic and absolutely delicious ingredients. ❤️ Highly recommended!

The Tyrolean pizza was very good, with a soft, easily digestible dough (a little spicy and/or salty topping would make it truly perfect). The service was courteous, attentive, and professional, with friendly and always smiling waiters. The quality-price ratio was also excellent. A truly pleasant experience, we'll definitely be back. 25/01/2026: We went to this place to spend a pleasant evening with my boyfriend, and what can I say...everything was simply superb, from the welcome we received to the atmosphere. It's a small place, but the saying "good things come in small packages." We were served, or rather, "pampered" by the waiter, who, from what I understand, is the son, and was disarmingly professional and kind. We started with an appetizer of exceptional culatello di zimbello accompanied by various types of bread made on site and some fried Iberian ham. We then opted for a second course, skipping the first course for quantity reasons. We chose a 1.3 kg Chianina T-bone with a side of baked potatoes. The meat is accompanied by three different types of salt and local rosemary-flavored oil. Everything—and I mean everything—lived up to expectations, so much so that we also decided to opt for two desserts with coffee and an after-dinner drink. We'll definitely be back. A 20 out of 10. PS. The bill was €170 for two people, but it was completely justified. I was happy to spend my money on this service.

08/02/2026: A delightful discovery! Small but functional, the appetizers and main courses are truly excellent. A wide selection of wines. The tiramisu is fantastic! The owners, two welcoming and friendly people, make you feel right at home. If you like Roman cuisine, you're sure to find quality and tradition at Salvino's. I'll be back soon to try the rest of the menu. I recommend booking in advance, as seating is limited.

28/09/2025: I went to Pizzeria Oasi in Aprilia. It's located a bit in the countryside, far from the center of Aprilia. The place is surrounded by greenery and has a peaceful atmosphere. The Roman-style pizza was delicious, cooked to perfection. The service was truly kind and friendly. We were with someone with celiac disease, and the staff went out of their way to ensure she could eat without any issues, offering gluten-free options and taking care of the preparation to avoid cross-contamination. We started with fried food and finished with dessert. A perfect place for a quiet meal.

25/01/2026: Call from 4.30pm to 6pm and I can't order, then they answer at 6pm and tell me they don't accept orders anymore, this isn't professionalism, I'm sorry but I won't order pizza anymore
