05/07/2024: Small but very nice place, the service is very attentive with a description of the dish, you feel pampered. The food is excellent and so are the combinations offered. You can decide the cut of the meat and the cooking. The meat is obviously of excellent quality. Excellent for an intimate dinner or for those who love eating meat. One of the gems is the basket of bread they bring, which is delicious.

14/08/2024: While waiting for your traditional counter-argument, I will tell you as an old former loyal customer what I think: unfortunately the changes are not always "for good". You had an isolated and welcoming place, high quality raw materials from fish to pizzas. You intended to move into that surreal aquarium where the fish - customers find themselves facing dishes that have become embarrassing. One of vs. a must, the scampi cream risotto for example, managed to make a table of my friends feel ill a few days ago. Have the installation and management costs of the new location advised you to plan radical savings on raw materials? A dispassionate piece of advice: sometimes a step back is a sign of humility and intelligence. Return to your previous location and your former quality. You and your customers will benefit. If, regarding my objective criticisms in this regard, the dear owner would like a personal discussion, I will be happy to meet him for a coffee. I'm not a "keyboard lion" but a person who has always put his face to it. So see you soon, I hope.

27/07/2024: Location in the center of Aprilia. It's not the first time I've eaten here. Yesterday was a beautiful evening. We ordered 3 set menus and some à la carte dishes. Excellent roasts served in a jug. Even eaten after a few minutes they remain hot and very tasty. Nothing to say. The choice of bruschettas available is very wide: I personally have a weakness for the one with ventricina from Abruzzo which I highly recommend. Friendly and helpful staff. Air-conditioned environment and possibility of eating outside. Super recommended for product quality and consistency with how much spent.

24/08/2024: Locale scoperto per caso, da allora non lo lascio più.. qualità eccellente delle materie prime, locale piccolo ma curato, servizio informale ma attento. Prezzi assolutamente nella media, soprattutto considerando la qualità e la quantità. Grazie

31/08/2024: Everything is great and the food is of great quality. I have gone in winter and summer. The heat is unbearable in the middle of July and August, eating without air conditioning. This is the negative thing I see about this restaurant.

DESPITE THE MENU I REQUESTED WAS VEGAN, I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT FEEL "OUT OF PLACE" AS OFTEN, UNFORTUNATELY HAPPENS, DUE TO THE STRONGLY QUOTED "IGNORANCE" SUBLIME BAKED POTATOES (NOT EVEN I HAVE NEVER MADE THIS WAY AT HOME, EXCEPTIONAL! 24/07/2024: Eight people for dinner and we ate the pinsa menu which I would say was excellent and easily digestible, drinks a little expensive but okay. We will try the restaurant for lunch and we will contact you again
