14/06/2025: I celebrated my 60th birthday in this place, we all had a great time, excellent food, the menu recommended by the chef was perfect, excellent wine pairing, professional service and at the same time very familiar. For me one of the best places in Aprilia.

15/06/2025: Se cercate un posto che chiuda il mondo fuori e apra le porte al relax e alla tranquillità, lo avete trovato!
Pulizia, cortesia, qualità del cibo, sono i punti di forza di questo agriturismo. La piscina circolare è davvero ampia e confortevole, con le due cascatelle e un'area idromassaggio. Adiacente è una vasca più piccola, anch'essa circolare, con vari bocchettoni, per un momento di vera distensione.
Mia moglie e io siamo state piacevolmente colpite dalla professionalità del personale anche a cena: i prodotti genuini, sapientemente cucinati, ci hanno deliziato con piatti davvero gustosi. Ottima anche la colazione.
In questo posto ogni esigenza è presto soddisfatta in un'atmosfera cordiale, quasi familiare.
Ammirevole la cura e l'amore verso gli animali, trattati con riguardo e attenzione.
Torneremo presto.

I expected something more also looking at the other reviews, yet the experience did not satisfy me completely. Fraschetta, but half, there are the canonical dishes of the Roman tradition, such as carbonara, gricia etc, less in the seconds and the appetizers. The portions are quite small compared to the average of the place, high prices and not very strong flavor. Arrosticini good, but also quite expensive. Recommended, but only because in Aprilia there is not much other choice from this point of view.

Fabrizio sells very particular wines and fine spirits, giving detailed information, a sign of passion in his work.
Together with Michela they take care of the bar and a few tables where for lunch you can delight in tasty first and second courses😋

22/07/2025: We celebrated 50 years of marriage and I think that the choice of Focarile in Aprilia was a winning one, beyond our expectations. Chiara is a wonderful person, available to fulfill all requests. She reserved a room for us that overlooked the garden, furnished in a very elegant and sober way. She prepared an aperitif in the garden with canapés and focaccias prepared by them. Our guests appreciated them very much. We opted for a buffet service, but Chiara herself was there to serve us incredibly tender suckling pig and Tuscan Cinta Senese cold cuts, sliced on the spot. Everything was delicious: bowls with their famous pappa al pomodoro, fried zucchini flowers, delicious meatballs, braided buffalo mozzarella from Campania, toasted bread with Colonnata lard, battered vegetables and delicious zucchini flan. Risotto with zucchini flowers, pecorino and guanciale and pappardelle rosate with duck sauce that surprised everyone with its deliciousness. Also pizza Prepared by them with a very light dough and well-seasoned. Small pastry sorbet and a fragrant 1000 foglie with memorable Chantilly cream and fruit pieces. The service was impeccable, with constant changes of dishes and water and wine always on the table. We appreciate the raw ingredients and the very refined composition of the dishes. Sometimes we seek out faraway locations and overlook exceptional places, like in this case, near the city. We recommend a visit and we will definitely return. Thanks to the Lunghi brothers for making this day unforgettable.
