04/09/2024: Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia presso questo agriturismo e ho cenato per alcune sere al ristorante . L’antipasto è molto buono ma devo dire che la pizza e i pifferi ( pasta della pizza fritta e cosparsa con sale e origano) sono eccezionali! Grazie al cuoco che ci ha preparato con tanta cura queste bontà e grazie alla gentilezza della Signora che serviva ai tavoli . La cena servita a bordo piscina con la vista sul golfo e con la musica in sottofondo hanno reso le serate molto piacevoli. Un grazie anche al proprietario che ci ha fatto fare un salto nel passato facendoci giocare con un bellissimo flipper ancora funzionante . Per il nostro soggiorno farò una recensione a parte ! Il posto ha grandi potenzialità e spero che potranno continuare come hanno fatto fino ad ora per migliorare sempre .

03/09/2024: I wish I could say that my stay was pleasant, but unfortunately this was not the case. The landscape is beautiful, and only one staff person—a woman who seemed to take care of everything from cleaning to breakfast—was the only one who actually tried to help us after the numerous problems we encountered. This is the only positive thing I can mention about this place. Let's start from the beginning. We booked a triple room with kitchen at Podere Pansera via Booking.com. Upon our arrival, a staff member without any professionalism and bordering on rudeness showed us a single room with a double bed and an unequipped kitchen. He opened the door, didn't wait for us to reach him and left without explaining anything to us about the place. We reported the problem to the owner, who then accompanied us to a triple room, but without a kitchen. We complained again, as we had paid €360 for two days. The owner apologized and promised to refund us €50. Before describing the end of our stay, there are other aspects to mention. In the room there was instant coffee that was so old that it had hardened (see photo). The breakfast was disappointing, with low quality products purchased in discount stores and without any variety. There was no table service, not even for hot drinks. We had to set the table ourselves, including cups, plates and cutlery, just like in a school canteen. Napkins were also missing, replaced by pieces of kitchen paper—there was no attention to detail. As for the room, the shower was faulty, with water pressure so intense it was almost painful. The rooms are advertised with the same photos, and ours was supposed to have a private entrance and a view of a point of interest. None of these things were true. Our “terrace,” which consisted of a table and three chairs in front of the entrance, overlooked our parked car, as we were asked to park right in front of the room (see photo). The grass cutting took place during times when people usually rest, such as between 12 and 3 pm, which should be quiet hours, but were not. Finally, at checkout, the same rude staff member told me that the owner had said we were owed €40. I corrected him on the amount, and he called the owner, who tried to lie to save €10. In the end, €50 was thrown at me as if I were a beggar and I was told I was “disgraceful”. This place is definitely too expensive for what it offers. I recommend looking for facilities closer to the city for a better experience. No one should suffer insults after spending a considerable amount. P.S. I've noticed that with every negative review, the owner responds with something like, "If you had told us, we could have fixed it." Well, we said everything that was wrong, and this was the result.
