31/08/2025: A sublime experience. I ate wonderfully and took advice from the owners, Valerio and Francesca. Looking around the restaurant, I couldn't help but notice Valerio's various sommelier qualifications and certificates. In fact, I took his advice when choosing the right wine.
In the kitchen, Francesca, with her passion for preparing the dishes, managed to make me have a delicious experience. I was truly happy with what I ate and drank, the service I received, and the way they explained the various dishes to me. They welcomed me with an entree of fried bread meatballs with wild fennel and lemon, served with a crusco pepper coulis. The oil tasting with the bread was also excellent. A wonderful experience. I will definitely be back.
31/08/2025: Yesterday I wanted to eat at this restaurant... but the welcome wasn't the best. Even though we had booked for 5 adults and 3 children, when we asked for at least one car seat, we were told that the only one available had already been given to another table, so we had to strap a newborn baby in awkwardly and hold her in our arms (obviously, the stroller couldn't be kept open given the limited space). I wonder what it takes to buy 3-4 stackable car seats from Ikea for 20 euros each.
Anyway, the reserved table was also uncomfortable and next to other tables, making it almost impossible to pass through. One long side had a wall behind it, so it would clearly have been self-service...
When we asked for water upon arrival, considering it's the middle of August—it's the first thing to be served—we clearly had to ask twice, and after 15 minutes, it arrived. We asked for the menus several times, and were repeatedly told we had to scan the QR code, knowing full well that there was no service in the entire area, so no one could figure out what we could eat. Then, when we asked for Wi-Fi, we were told they couldn't do it, otherwise their line would be clogged and the kitchen would be left without Wi-Fi service. Normally, commercial lines must have multiple lines. So what... will they bring us the paper menu? Of course, one A4 sheet for eight people. Then the questions began to be asked of the waiter, who angrily answered briefly and ran away. He had a headset in his ear, and each time we had to repeat the questions twice, but the answers were short, annoyed, and half-hearted—in short, it was clear that our presence was not welcome. We finally tried to ask several times what was on the tasting menu, but the answer was always the same: hasty, sparse, and sparse, with a few dishes inspired by the chef's imagination. But if there's one person with an intolerance and one waiting, the chef has no imagination, nor any rush to describe the dish. In fact, it's mandatory... I mean mandatory, explaining all the ingredients well, especially if the menu isn't legible, especially if the answer was... the menu printout isn't complete, it lacks many details you would have read on the digital menu, which doesn't work today...
In short, after repeatedly chasing menus and explanations, after receiving a reply from the annoyed owner... I'm sending the waitress over, because he was busy talking into his headphones, after receiving quick, back-turned replies... We didn't feel like continuing and insisting any longer.
... so we decided to leave... but the nicest thing was receiving a nice serving from the owners... get out of our house... :-)))) It was nice.
Never had such treatment, not even in the worst bars in CARACAS. Or at PAROLASCURO DI ROMA. We almost missed them telling us to go to hell.
Anyway, politeness aside... if eight people aged 1 to 70 decide to leave at 3 PM without eating... there must be a reason. I'm not the only one who went crazy... everyone at that table was... so humble yourself and think carefully about what happened. The owner should probably be in the kitchen, not the dining room... not in contact with customers.
Furthermore, this is a legal issue; the menu must be very clear and the ingredients of the dish clearly described, so I feel compelled to alert the relevant authorities to investigate the aforementioned establishment.

19/08/2024: Purtroppo ci siamo ritrovati in questo "ristorante" per sfuggire alla pioggia. Ci hanno proposto su un bigliettino scritto a mano, un menù fisso composto da antipastino, 1 primo a scelta tra maccheroncini con melanzane, pasta al pomodoro, pasta e fagioli, 1 secondo a scelta tra braciola dissodata di maiale o salciccia. Dessert, acqua e vino. Antipastino composto da 1 bruschetta al pomodoro, 1 bruschetta con melanzane, 1 fetta di salame, 1 fetta di capocollo e 1 pezzo di formaggio. La pasta al pomodoro scotta e salata, i maccheroncini sono diventati magicamente fusilli , la quantità di pasta eclatante, forse 50 grammi a testa, non siamo a dieta.La salciccia era un pezzettino a punta di coltello ma fatta solo di grasso, la braciola minuscola. Il dessert due pezzettini minuscoli di crostata. Mi dispiace per i lucani, pensavamo di mangiare buon cibo lucano ma purtroppo queste gestioni lasciano molto a desiderare. Nelle mense della caritas credo che si mangia meglio. Ho messo 1 perché 0 non è possibile
