28/01/2025: Despite the dinners and lunches of the previous days, we treated ourselves to a lunch on Santo Stefano at the blue lagoon restaurant to taste some quality fish. The result is always the same: happy and satisfied. We took the menu with first and second starters and these are the dishes we received🤩super generous portions and undisputed quality. I would put the icing on the cake regarding sweets and cannoli bitters Sicilian. I forgot... the sheep alla callara was excellent! Absolutely recommended!!! Thank you for your kindness. 17/10/2024: A refined, creative cuisine, with a lot of study behind it and certainly a good palate! A 6-course journey that stimulates curiosity beyond measure and is fun in every part due to the unexpected explosion of balanced contrasting flavours! An entrée with a true identity, an authentic exploration of all 5 senses. All accompanied by the sweetness of a young waitress who does her job with so much passion. Very relaxing atmosphere, nice environment, completely adequate price and last but not least a dinner that leaves you full and satisfied. A real treat to indulge in to get away from the hectic routine.

06/01/2025: Fish-based lunch, what can I say we took the complete appetizers, some were completely frozen from the refrigerator. Very friendly staff, small but welcoming place. We pointed out the problem and they immediately apologized. Definitely worth trying again.
