28/01/2024: The cut was good and the tortellini were normal. I regret to point out that the bread was very dry with a clear white coating (as is evident from the photo) and unfortunately the poor personal hygiene of the staff/owner who gave off an unpleasant mix of smoke/underarm odors, also noticed by the only other table who was present with us at lunch (the smell of truffles is something else entirely).
Really high prices, especially 18 euros for a plate of tortellini.
20/01/2024: It is no longer called the Guidotti tavern but the bastards' tavern. Highly recommended place for traditional Bolognese cuisine and for the courtesy of the 10+ staff
