Staff members have bored or frowning expressions, few smiles, brusque or rude ways of asking customers what they want, or indifference, and differences in treatment among customers. I felt disrespected, unwelcome, and unwelcome, despite having frequented this bar for a long time and trying to address the staff with respect and courtesy, even though some misunderstandings or arguments may arise between staff and regular customers.
