08/03/2025: Yan Hot Spot in Verona is an interesting place with a nice concept: the hot pot concept is fun, the ingredients are fresh and the quality of the food is good. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly.
However, having to cook for myself made the experience less relaxing than I expected. It is definitely a unique experience, but I personally prefer a restaurant where I can enjoy the meal without having to think about the preparation. For this reason, while I appreciate the originality, I don't think I will return often. I recommend it despite my vision!!

You have been one of the few certainties of my meals delivered to work in recent years... and of many breakfasts, snacks etc. Thank you for nourishing me with tasty vegan dishes and for spoiling me with plant-based desserts so delicious they are addictive.

13/01/2025: En un viaje de negocios, queríamos algo diferente a la cocina italiana, así que compramos cinco rollos de sushi diferentes para compartir entre tres personas. Cada rollo era muy delicioso y fresco, y el atún y el salmón de cada rollo eran de consistencia aterciopelada.

16/02/2025: Review in one sentence: very good food, environment and service similar to a hospital canteen, dirty bathroom like the one at the petrol station after the passage of 4 buses of incontinent people.
Comprehensive review:
The place and the menu are well presented; creating the expectation of a "pareciato" place (editor's note for non-Venetian: fashionable), one would expect food and service to be up to par: while for the former I can confirm the goodness, quality and pleasantness of them, as regards the second aspect, the opinion must be negative (and also the price, which finds justification and reason only in the dishes), is highly considered. The normal welcome, they made us sit at the table and brought the menu, after about 15 minutes they came to take the order and from this moment on the service became a disaster: an hour (55 minutes to be precise) is how long it took them to bring the first course and, not to be rude (ed. controversial), but not at the same time, I ate while my girlfriend stood by and watched.
Fortunately we only ordered 4 dishes (very "minimal" in quantity) but it still took us a total of an hour and a half to get up from the table, satisfied with the quality of the food, but hungry and truly "dazed" by the confusion inside (there is no soundproofing and voices echo throughout the room making it sometimes difficult to converse with the diners); the two extremely annoying things were finding the bathroom really dirty and the lady at the cash register who, without asking anything, introduced us and made us pay the bill for another table, fortunately as soon as we left we checked and went back in to get the difference reimbursed.
All things considered, I can safely say that it is a place to go to eat excellent wagyu but compromise on everything that revolves around it.
10/02/2025: I would say that 3 stars are more than enough for this slightly overrated Japanese restaurant. Over the years it has dropped in quality a little, in my opinion, however the food is good, nothing to complain about but nothing shocking. The service was a little distracted (we had to ask for water 3 times and stop the waiters several times to order other dishes) and the waiting times were biblical. Surely everything is prepared at the moment but the times should be sped up a little.
Very nice location, on the street that leads to Piazza Bra (where the arena is located). Parking in the area is mostly paid, until 8pm but you have to have a bit of luck to find it nearby if you don't want to walk or wear high heels.

24/01/2025: Really good sushi and sashimi. So-so place and service, but it's not a restaurant, it's a take away and you can eat there if you want. Bathroom not received, or at least not directly accessible from the customer area, I don't know if you can go to the "work" area in case of need.
23/01/2025: I asked for a hot tea and they brought me a can of tea wrapped in a napkin..... Goma wacame, prawns not in tempura, as per the menu, but wrapped in filo pastry, steamed ravioli €25!!!! NEVER MORE.

The two girls at the reception are loving, professional, sweet, understanding, kind, helpful... in short, truly wonderful!!!
They gave me a double room instead of a single and wow I was super happy! The location is very central and very close to the Sacile hospital.
They leave water, a kettle for tea or coffee and slippers in the room for guests.
On the ground floor near the reception there is the bar.
They also have the possibility of parking with a barrier near the hotel.
I'll be back in a few days but if I still have to look for a place in Sacile I will definitely be back!!!

07/01/2025: Hotel about 15 minutes walk from the center of Verona. Room with basic furnishings, en-suite bathroom with toilet and bidet for Lilliputians, poorly functioning shower. Friendly and efficient reception staff. Breakfast at a much higher hotel level, good products, very efficient staff.

Professional, kind and very fast service. I also really liked the environment, green and turquoise colors give the impression of being at the bottom of the sea. Bathrooms, dining room, all impeccably clean.
Congratulations to all the staff.
Definitely a nice place where you can eat well.

19/03/2025: Bad experience, we went on Valentine's Day at 8pm, the restaurant was so full that an hour and a quarter passed from ordering to the arrival of the first and only dish. We raised the issue with the waiters and owners, after two hours only four of the 20 dishes we had ordered had arrived and at that point some were brought to us but not all since others had gone to the wrong tables and therefore were already as if already sent. We stayed there until 11.30pm hoping something would arrive, having eaten half of what we ordered. Everyone complained about this and despite this, at the time of the bill we asked for a price reduction and from €61.80 the discount was €1.80 making us pay a total of €60 for two.
For the rest I have always felt good (the review is based only on February 14th)
15/03/2025: Terrible experience. The sushi was bland and was obviously losing freshness. The fish tasted strange and the texture was mushy, a sign that it wasn't as fresh as it should be. The rice was too dry and not very tasty, without the right balance of acid and sweet. The service was slow and rude, and the environment was not welcoming at all. I tried to point out the problem to the waiter, but he showed no interest. Unfortunately, I will never return.
