27/09/2025: We discovered this restaurant by chance in June and were happy to return. The food was absolutely top-notch, the service was very friendly, and the prices were really reasonable. 17/09/2025: We’ve been coming to Bibione every year for the past decade, but only discovered Fusion Restaurant Lin two years ago—and now it’s a must-visit, at least three times per season. The food is plentiful, flavorful, and surprisingly affordable. This year, we paired our meal with Lambrusco and edamame—boiled and pan-fried with salt—which added a perfect touch. Our kids are absolutely obsessed with the sushi. There’s a wide variety, all delicious, but the standout is the one with warm, crispy fried shrimp inside—simply divine. We also tried the all-you-can-eat option for €25–26 per person (excluding drinks), and it was an exceptional deal. To top it off, we received small gifts from a lovely lady who we believe is the manager. The staff is incredibly attentive, a charming mix of Asian and European team members. For us, it’s a solid 10+. Fusion Restaurant Lin has truly become part of our Bibione tradition.
