05/05/2025: I have been eating at this restaurant for a long time. I write "from" because I usually order takeaway, for once I wanted to go and dine directly at the restaurant. I'll start by saying that I've always eaten well at their place, but I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 because there was only one flaw, which was of no small importance, but which I must admit they immediately resolved in a quick and satisfactory manner. I ordered a Uramaki sake, which had almost completely white salmon inside. I'm no culinary expert but I know that salmon with thick white streaks denotes mostly fatty salmon that hasn't been raised properly. Edible yes, but certainly not good salmon. I pointed out to the guy serving us that that salmon wasn't good and they immediately replaced it with a perfect salmon. (So ​​they had it and didn't use it) Unfortunately I give 4 stars, when they could have been 5 due to the fact that you don't have to wait for a customer to understand something about salmon, otherwise you'll give them the poorest one. The kitchen must do its duty and present good food regardless. I hope that the figure made will be a lesson for the restaurant/restaurateur. You never know who can enter your place. It could be a food critic, like a health check. Eye!

20/05/2025: Trust me when I say, this is the best AYCE in Palermo. I come to this place for lunch very often and when I happen to change restaurants… “good, but not as good as Sakura”; in addition to the exceptional food and good quality, the location is nothing short of sensational, very well-kept. What can I say, if you are used to ordering with the waiter who sometimes gets the orders wrong, at Sakura there is no risk. I have loved this method from the beginning, here you just scan the QR code and order from your phone; at Sakura there is really nothing missing, I hope it continues like this because for me it is a fixed stop!🌿🌸
