18/08/2024: The staff was friendly at all times but the kitchen is quite slow, we were the only two in the place. I don't know what the service will be like with the place full... We are used to eating sushi, since we love it, and the truth is that we were a little disappointed regarding the quality and price. We expected more flavour and more elaborate dishes. Normally we find this type of quality in buffets with food and drinks for X amount that are quite typical in Italy and not in a place without this type of menu and with medium-high prices. We ordered some tacos (in this place they prepare them with crunchy corn tortillas). They have a simple flavour and do not come with any special seasoning or sauce. In addition, I do not usually like this type of tacos because it is quite cumbersome since all the contents spill out when eating it. We didn't order desserts, so I can't rate them, since it was going to be 2:30 pm and we don't like to go past closing time so that the staff doesn't have to work overtime. The place is nice although a bit gloomy and the location that appears on Google Maps is incorrect since the place is on another street, more main, today. In response to the owner: We know that there were different types of options that offered different types of sushi but none of them convinced us by price and variety of sushi they brought (By menus we mean a menu of x dishes with drinks included and desserts that there are in some restaurants for X amount of price). Likewise, no, we didn't think the price was bad, since we are used to eating in gourmet places and sushi places where we have gladly paid 150€. In this case the bill was about 63€ and I, personally and given the number of sushi places I have been to in different countries, consider that it is a bit high for the type of quality and variety of products that you offer, since the dishes are very similar to those I have eaten in various sushi restaurants for 20€ per person throughout Italy (restaurants whose reviews you can see in my account). You can also see in my reviews of much more expensive sushi places that we have been to and that the review is higher since the quality price is in line. And given the number of times we have had sushi and the number of places we have been to, I think I can say when a sushi has something special and deserves to be paid as such. Since we have been to spectacular places with incredible preparations, one of them on the island itself in Arzachena. (Sushi rice should be creamy, the pieces should not come loose, the fish should have few veins, be soft and melt in your mouth, tacos of that style usually have some kind of creamy sauce so that the bread does not soften and you have more flavour...) In all the places we have gone for sushi, except for take away stands in supermarkets, they put the sauces and wasabi free of charge, which is appreciated. But what does not seem logical to me is that you put them free and then if someone gives a mediocre review you throw it in their face or emphasize it. If you think that sauces should be charged for, you are in your full right, but if you offer them free, do not use it later as a reproach if the review is not 5 stars. I don't consider the location information to be negative, since we called you and you explained the street address to us without any problem. It is simply information so that the next people who go to eat at the establishment know that it is no longer in the same location, not that they think it is closed, which is what happened to us, even to the point of thinking that I had called the wrong number when I made the reservation.
