08/02/2026: We've been here several times to give this place more of a try. It's a restaurant with two rooms, a very nice one at the entrance and another off to the side with very old, broken, and patched-up sofas. Naturally, they seat you in the room with the old sofas, where a waiter comes every 30 minutes, because everyone is in the other room, where there are no customers. To order or ask for anything, you either get up and go to them or you have to wait for a waiter to show up. Once you've taken orders, you receive your food no sooner than a 45-minute wait (and the room is half-empty, to boot). It's a shame because the food is good, but the service is unnerving.

14/02/2026: . Punctual reservation, phantom service: a wait that ruins the experience.
We had booked for 12:30, confident in a pleasant and well-organized Valentine's Day lunch. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be quite different.
After being seated, we waited about 20 minutes just to receive the menu—a start that already suggested some organizational difficulties. Furthermore, the table setting was incomplete: even the soy sauce, which was present at other tables, was missing. A detail, perhaps, but indicative of the attention given to the customer.
Our order was taken 25 minutes after arrival. Translation: about a 40-minute wait before seeing the first courses. From 12:30 to 2:30, we consumed, extremely slowly and at irregular intervals, just seven courses, arriving with an average of two dishes every 35 minutes. A pace more suited to a meditative tasting than a standard restaurant service.
We fully understand that it was Valentine's Day and that the dining room was full. What's hard to accept, however, is seeing tables who arrived after us being served more quickly, to the point of getting up and leaving the restaurant before we'd even finished our (meager) lunch. We sat for about 45 minutes without receiving a single dish, waiting for something that never arrived.
When asked for an explanation, we received only shrugs. No apology, no attempt to make amends, not even a gesture of attention when it came to the bill. And this is perhaps the most disappointing aspect: not so much the wait itself, but the total lack of customer care.
It wasn't even our first bad experience: we'd encountered problems in the past, but we decided to give it a second chance. A decision we, unfortunately, bitterly regretted.
Calling this experience "not recommended" is an understatement. On an evening that should have been special, the only thing that was truly abundant was the anticipation.
