01/02/2025: Parola d’ordine?….CAOS TOTALE!

Arrivati alle 20,30 su prenotazione, ci fanno accomodare e fin lì tutto bene…da lì in poi il caos…camerieri che vagano senza meta, non consapevoli della posizione dei tavoli, che che lasciano piatti non tuoi e tu li devi rincorrere per dire che non li hai ordinati tu…e questo è il minimo.
Dopo la bellezza di un ora e tre quarti avevamo mangiato solo 7 delle 20 pietanze ordinate al primo giro dell’all you Can Eat…e ecco che ad un certo punto un cameriere si ferma e chiede se manca qualcosa…bhe…non vi sto a dire le persone che si sono alzate e andate via per disperazione senza finire la cena…noi? Per “tigna” siamo rimasti ma alla fine non ci sono scuse…poca ma davvero poca organizzazione …tempi di attesa infiniti e alla fine ovviamente zero sconti alla cassa .
A voi non resta che tirare le somme e scegliere se provare questa esperienza o no!
Peccato perché la qualità dei piatti al contrario alla fine non è male.
12/01/2025: Eravamo in 4, un gran casino in sala, arrivati meta' dei piatti ordinati, servizio pessimo, poco prima della chiusura passa il tipo chiedendo se mancassero dei piatti, come gia' detto ne mancavano una meta' ma vai a spiegarlo quali erano che non metteva in fila due parole d'Italiano, comunque ormai esasperati e annoiati per l'attesa gli abbiamo detto che mancavano delle cose ma di lasciare stare. E' la prima volta che vado in questo locale, mai successo in altri, la domanda che mi faccio e': sara' stata una giornata no o e' proprio un modus operandi quello di portarti allo stremo con l'attesa di piatti che non arrivano? Va bene, non lo sapro' mai, meno 4 clienti

12/01/2025: Terrible experience, we waited more than an hour for the crying to arrive and when we pointed this out to the waitresses they laughed in our faces with an arrogant manner, when the dishes finally arrived the salmon was completely frozen and when eating it you could feel the ice, not to mention the completely acidic tuna. But the last straw was the waitresses who didn't speak Italian. I strongly advise against going there and personally I will never set foot in that restaurant again, absolutely rejected.
18/12/2024: I will never go back again. After an alleged change of management and partial renovation of the place we decide to go and try it. Once we were seated and brought drinks, no one gave us directions to order. Already aware of the system we find an order card on another table and a pen and the QR code on the sheet to load the menu. Half of the 12 dishes are brought in the space of about an hour, only the rolls while there is no trace of all the raw dishes which would then be very easy to plate. We send another order also because we are hungry, hoping something will arrive, and this time too only the simplest dishes are presented. In all this, there was only one chef at the counter, at least seven or eight tables waiting, and a listless waitress who stopped to send messages instead of doing her job. Having a tired three-year-old child and we too exhausted from waiting, we left without waiting for the rest... in all this no excuse or justification while we also paid a pretty hefty bill, given that they also had the dare to charge 13 euros for the 3 year old! In 20 years of eating sushi, this is the first time I have left a restaurant still hungry.

12/10/2024: Excellent Sushi preparations, efficient service and courtesy during booking. They were also patient with me as I didn't know their products well and they explained them in detail, very punctual in their deliveries. Practically everything you need to have good food, prepared in a superb way and naturally eaten in the atmosphere of home. Well done!!!

12/01/2025: We like this place because in this area of Italy, other restaurants only have tuna, shrimp and salmon. It’s gets very unimaginative. Here we ate smoked eel, bran into, avocado rolls especially yummy and the price is right. A nice verdicchio too. We’ll be back!

Prices in line with all the other all you can eat options.
Fresh and good food. At lunch the menu is small but still very varied.

13/01/2025: I had New Year's Eve dinner there. I have to write that although it is not the ideal evening to enhance the restaurant's cuisine, we ate really well! The service was also up to par and the themed environment complete with a DJ! Every time I go I never leave disappointed. I also recommend it because they have a varied menu which also includes pizza and sushi. Well done 👏

25/09/2023: Ordered ramen, half of the ingredients were missing and when you point this out to the staff, you get the answer: "We didn't have all the ingredients because we already sold a lot today." No apology and I still had to pay the full price. If you no longer have the ingredients, then you shouldn't sell the food. This isn't just bad service, it's criminal.
08/09/2023: Hot experience: negative.
Mix-sushi listed on the menu at €50 and charged €56 at the cashier because of the sashimi.
No one had warned about this price change when booking and, in any case, the price indicated on the menu must ALWAYS be correct.
A difference of €6 is not acceptable, especially if not communicated.
For the rest, very poor all-you-can-eat quality.
All the greasy and fatty pieces, full of gravies and sauces, so much so that they are indistinguishable from each other.
Not recommended.

30/10/2023: Trovato per caso sono rimasta compita dal fatto che il sushi fosse preparato a vista. Personale gentilissimo, e sushi strepitoso, fresco buonissimo e particolare. Di certo nulla a che vedere con gli all you can eat.
01/10/2023: Questo locale gode di ottima posizione sotto le logge che circondano la Piazza del Popolo a San Severino, autentica perla fatta a mandorla della città. Utilizzo di ingredienti ottimi, sapientemente dosati. una chicchetta del sushi. carta dei vini non molto ampia ma con buone etichette. Il personale completa un buon quadro.
