16/07/2025: We returned to the region with family, and a stop at Deba Soul and Sushi was essential. The sushi is inventive and the quality is top-notch!
Truly excellent sushi, and we've been to Japan; this restaurant is very, very refined and delicious.

Young staff, very kind and helpful.
Elegant interior. In summer there is the possibility of eating outside along the river. The outdoor area has been recently renovated and is very clean and elegant.
Free parking nearby.
In Fabriano I eat sushi only at this place.
