Truly excellent sushi, and we've been to Japan; this restaurant is very, very refined and delicious.

Fresh food with chef's specialties cooked, raw and flambéed.
Young staff, very kind and helpful.
Elegant interior. In summer there is the possibility of eating outside along the river. The outdoor area has been recently renovated and is very clean and elegant.
Free parking nearby.
In Fabriano I eat sushi only at this place.

19/07/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, but it was the wrong night. Fixed menu, and a very annoying concert under our terrace. Windows closed, and it was scorching hot.
16/07/2025: Aperitif on the terrace is a unique experience: overlooking the sea and surrounded by the wonder of a picturesque landscape. Highly recommended.

10/07/2025: Suchic is located in the center of Porto Sant'Elpidio, perfect for a walk or a drink after dinner. The menu offers a wide choice, from entrées to nigiri and sashimi, all delicious and excellent quality. I leave 4 stars only for the tempura that we did not appreciate, too heavy and oily, a shame because the rest was exquisite.
25/05/2025: Attentive and kind staff: the girls are nice and professional, the rolls are spectacular with quality ingredients, the menu is wide and varied (there is not only sushi but also bao, tartare etc.) we will definitely be back!

07/07/2025: I went to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday with a group of friends. The environment was welcoming and well-kept, very suggestive to eat and see the sea.
We had a pizza, very good I would say and well served.
Convenient parking, clean bathrooms
04/07/2025: Breathtaking location, impeccable service, excellent food, well presented and with noteworthy portions. I can't find any negative notes for this restaurant nestled in the Conero. Alteo plus? The large free parking.

03/06/2025: It is the only restaurant where you can eat real Japanese cuisine in Pesaro.
The restaurant has few seats and it is best to book in advance, but it feels like you are really there.
The cover charge includes a taste of miso soup and another salmon dish, we then opted for the seasoned Sushi and the urumaki.
Truly superior quality fish with real wasabi, not colored mustard.
The girl who served us was nice and kind, perhaps not very knowledgeable on all the dishes but it must also be said that she was alone and that is understandable.
Obviously, considering the high quality of the products, the price is not low.
I highly recommend trying their cuisine, I will definitely go back.

As soon as we entered the girl told us to go to the table without even accompanying us. We had to go and give the order because no one came.
First round no problem, the second one was not seen. We pointed it out to the waiter and he immediately fixed everything.
12/05/2025: I really enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. The food and seafood were very fresh and the service attitude of the staff was very good.

26/06/2025: I had lunch at this wonderful restaurant with two of my friends. We spent a day in Ancona for work. Right from the start, we were welcomed by kind and helpful staff. Clean and quiet place. Very good food, with a large buffet with a wide choice: meat, fish, vegetables of all kinds, fried foods, fruit, desserts and various ice creams. Possibility of composing fish skewers, or cooking fish at the moment of your liking, upon order to the staff. Highly recommended!!
17/06/2025: the worst money I've ever spent and I didn't even pay for it...
the food looks really unappealing and old, it seems like it's been there for a week. There are no allergens in most of the dishes. The spring rolls were soft and only had cabbage inside, the grilled ravioli were almost considered raw.
The only place in the world where they make you pay for fortune cookies.
The best thing about this meal was the coke

22/07/2025: Come ogni anno siamo a SBT e anche lo scorso anno SaSushi non ci aveva entusiasmato, abbiamo deciso di tornare. Complice il lunedì sera forse ma abbiamo trovato il locale meno fighetto è più professionale. Il sushi… imbattibile, buono, fresco e sapori che deliziano il palato. Buonissimo il sashimi di salmone.
Anche se non c entra nulla con il mangiare vorrei fare un plauso ai ragazzi dello staff, purtroppo una commensale aveva alzato il gomito a tavola, i ragazzi rendendosi conto della situazione (la signora era in bici con una bambina) l hanno fatta sedere e gli hanno chiamato un taxi per tornare in hotel, un gesto veramente apprezzato in una società dove molti si sarebbero girati dall altra parte. Complimenti per la vostra professionalità.
11/06/2025: One of the best sushi I've had. The salmon melts in your mouth, scallops taste fresh and delicious. Very good selection of different sushi rolls. Tasty rice! Tuna didn't meet my expectations this time, it was just okay. Amazing wakame and edamame!
Quite expensive wine but the restaurant's vibe is nice. We didn't get any wasabi or ginger which for me are both extremely important for sushi.
We shared three appetizers, a bottle of wine and had 12-18 sushi per person for about 40€. Overall a very good experience and delicious food!

18/04/2025: Sicuramente sopra alla media del sushi presente nel circondario. Vasta proposta nel menù, locale intimo e carino. Buon servizio e personale cordiale. Personalmente consiglio la tartare di scampi. Una buona esperienza, da provare.

15/06/2025: It had never happened to me to do an all you can eat and leave still hungry, having then also paid 30 euros...
Dinner with 2 of my friends, they are sushi fanatics, I am a little less.
I wanted to accompany them to have a quiet evening, in the end the food was also good, that was not so much the problem.
I was disappointed because we ordered more portions and at least a third, if not more, never arrived. I don't understand if it was a problem with the orders, or if the food simply did not arrive at other tables, the fact is that my friends were very angry, me too, especially about the shopping. The waiters also seemed good, also because despite the late hour, arriving around 10 pm, they welcomed us. I don't know what the problem was, but I remember leaving an all you can eat still hungry, it had never happened to me.
