There is no Japanese menu, and the staff are non-Japanese Asians. I can't understand Japanese.
When I ordered fried chicken, chicken cutlet came out.

07/04/2024: We sit down on Saturday evening at 8.30pm, we order immediately, the dishes arrive very slowly, after an hour 1 hour they all arrive. Very slow service, I know there were maybe a couple less people at work, it was enough to say so at the beginning or not accept our reservation.
Regarding the food, the sashimi was good, the rest of the dishes were all very similar and tasteless. Price with beer and water all you can eat €64. The tables are very beautiful, they have 5 private rooms which can be booked with a few euros. They have a balcony/smoking area with tables for eating in the summer
Very beautiful. They have reserved parking if needed, compared to the paid one a little further away.

25/08/2023: The place is really well looked after, in every respect, first degree cleanliness, order, comfort, well air conditioned, well spaced, good privacy.
The customer service is well cared for, courtesy, care in ordering, attention to detail.
The toilets are a spectacle, I have rarely seen obsessive cleanliness and care in public places, especially bars, staying in the bathroom is comfortable, it doesn't make you want to escape.
Ultimately safety well signposted in case of emergency.
Only one detail remains for the external parking access to the venue, which overlooks the road and is a bit dangerous for some categories of people and animals.
In all the activities for which one enters the Moon Café I would say that my experience is decidedly excellent.

30/07/2023: Excellent aperitif....10 euros..with platter and sushi..we waited a bit...but they didn't make us wait without nibbling..dragon clouds..chips, peanuts and olives..all done on the spot. .even mini spring rolls....a pleasant surprise

04/02/2024: Location piacevole, servizio molto rapido (molto gradita la possibilità di ordinare direttamente dal cellulare e seguire l'avanzamento dell'ordine) e camerieri cortesi.
Abbiamo scelto la formula "menù experience", una sorta di all you can eat con limitazioni (tutti i piatti possono essere ordinati solo una volta a testa).
Per quanto riguarda il cibo, abbiamo mangiato alcune pietanze che erano veramente buone (il pesce crudo ci ha piacevolmente sorpreso per essere un all you can eat) ed altre veramente scarse (ravioli da dimenticare, polpette di polpo mah, gamberi dal sapore sgradevole).
Insomma, considerato che abbiamo pagato 29 euro di menù a testa + bevande a parte non ci siamo alzati dal tavolo particolarmente soddisfatti.
Purtroppo è sempre più difficile trovare un ottimo all you can eat in Brianza!
Rimandato.

14/03/2024: Sono stato a pranzo nel weekend. Il servizio veloce e prifessionale. I ragazzi di sala sono tutti simpatici e il cibo presentato bene e molto buono.

09/03/2024: Prenotato un tavolo per due su the fork, arrivato al locale non hanno la prenotazione e ci mandano via. Neanche proporre una soluzione, ma che modo di lavorare è? Non abitiamo dietro l'angolo, non basta un "la prossima volta chiamate", ma che risposta è? Imparate a lavorare.
