25/03/2025: We had the pleasure of trying the tasting menu at Mu Fish in Nova Milanese and the experience was simply impeccable. Each course was a surprise of flavors, prepared with great care and presented with elegance. The portions are the perfect size: enough to fully savor each dish without feeling heavy, but at the same time you leave the table pleasantly full. Menu Snapper Carpaccio Focaccia with Octopus, Squid and Prawns (Spectacular) Open Ravioli Sicilian Scampi on the Grill (Delicious) Yukhoe of Scottona and Marrow (Delicious) The service was attentive and courteous, with the staff always available to provide explanations about the dishes. The atmosphere of the place is refined but welcoming, which makes the experience even more pleasant. Highly recommended for those looking for a high-level dinner, with refined dishes and impeccable service.

For example, the sashimi is something extra. For 2 with a half bottle of gewurztraminer, 2 appetizers and 2 first courses, water and coffee we spent about €60

18/02/2025: Very good à la carte sushi restaurant. I particularly recommend trying the "nikki experience" sharing dish, also excellent for a lunch break. The room on the upper floor is very welcoming and intimate, the outdoor space overlooking the pedestrian square is also nice. I recommend the berry cheesecake for dessert: delicious. Service could be improved as it was a little absent and superficial at times.

The environment is refined, the service is impeccable on time and the staff are extremely courteous, always smiling and attentive - a detail that makes the difference. Sushi? Correct execution, without fireworks. I accompanied the meal with a water and a Coca-Cola, leaving a tip because elegance is not a detail, and the final bill was €25. A valid option for a quick and unforeseen lunch. If you are looking for an experience that leaves its mark, the road to excellence is still ahead.

24/03/2025: It's been a while since we went back, unfortunately I have to say that they have gotten drastically worse, slow service!!! orders on tablets that we entered from the table that showed a green flag and were never delivered, we are people who work with the public so I assure you that we have a lot of patience and we understand the situations, but Saturday in this restaurant everything was very shameful, total disorganization. We will not return. Avoid.
