19/03/2025: Ordino regolarmente da Shinsei Sushi e non posso che confermare l'eccellenza di questo locale!
La gentilezza e la cortesia del personale sono sempre impeccabili, la puntualità nella consegna è garantita e la qualità dei piatti è semplicemente al top.
Ogni volta che ordino, rimango piacevolmente sorpresa dalla cura nella preparazione e dalla freschezza degli ingredienti. Inoltre, sono adorabili perché aggiungono sempre qualche extra al mio ordine, un gesto che dimostra la loro attenzione al cliente!
Si percepisce che dietro a questo ristorante ci sono persone che amano il loro lavoro e che mettono passione in ciò che fanno. Meritano assolutamente 5 stelle, anzi, se potessi ne darei di più!

04/06/2025: Restaurant and menu well thought out by the owners, without a doubt it is a format that works very well, no excess either in the raw materials or in the dishes, which however are of excellent workmanship and pleasantly tasty. Wanting to find a hair in the egg, the "timed dinner" is a bit annoying, maybe it would be better to make a few less tables and pamper them more... But it is understandable

Good food
But absolutely avoid it, because they are very, very slow with service and not very courteous
We went in at 9pm and left 3 hours later
After all the waiting, they didn't even give us a €2 discount and they didn't even give us a receipt
I don't understand all these good reviews
27/04/2025: We had booked for 9, they let us sit, we started the first round scoring 13 dishes and at 11 only 6 had arrived, very slow service.
In addition to this, there were 4 of us and today, that is, the following day, we all feel sick to our stomachs, a terrible experience never again.

07/04/2025: Ottima esperienza in questo ristorante di sushi, dove la qualità degli ingredienti si percepisce fin dal primo assaggio. I roll erano ben preparati, equilibrati nei sapori e presentati con cura. Il pesce si è rivelato particolarmente fresco, elemento fondamentale per apprezzare appieno questo tipo di cucina. Un locale che si distingue per attenzione ai dettagli e per una proposta gastronomica all’altezza delle aspettative. Consigliato a chi cerca sushi di qualità in un ambiente piacevole.

11/05/2025: I had never come for sushi here, I came because I heard about it because it was very good.
I still have to taste it, I'm waiting for the order. But I wanted to say that kindness is the cuteness of the sales assistant and to be admired. He asked me if I wanted to get the card and explained everything involved in getting it and if I would accumulate the points.
The guys behind are also very nice and kind, you can tell they like what they do. Great staff ❤️
05/05/2025: We are a group of friends who have been coming at least once a week for years, but lately one disappointment after another. The final straw was the last time when we first found a giant thorn on the salmon sashimi, and so far it's fine, it can happen, we're still alive, but I'd say no to the "expired" fish. Not to mention the cold shrimp tempura of the rolls. Although we pointed out to the waitress that, being used to their quality, that day the fish did not reflect what we were used to, she laughed and referred to the chef but there too we had zero response. I'm sorry but we won't go back again
