30/04/2024: Terrible rice, too hard, sashimi cut too big, tempura, dry and too fried, not very Japanese... for those who have always eaten Japanese in Milan and Rimini.

21/06/2024: Worth trying, beyond expectations. I found out about this place by pure chance, as a sushi lover I have tried many of all types, levels and qualities. Shinsei exceeds expectations in terms of quality of the raw material and ability to process it, the family management and the passion they put into it is transmitted in their dishes. Became a regular customer, well done!

27/05/2024: Very nice staff and very tasty sushi. Ramen wasn't as expected, as there was a lot more noodles than soup, but it was still very tasty. There were only a few seats overall, but there was even a baby chair👍

29/06/2024: I really appreciated the owner's availability. Especially nice to my dogs. Really kind. The room we were assigned was very spacious (the most spacious ever seen on the Riviera) very close to a huge and free car park, a 5 minute walk from the sea and the beach accessible to dogs. Small flaws: high pillow (I made a mistake in not asking for a lower one) and the air conditioning didn't start when I tried to lower the thermostat. For the rest everything is top!

05/08/2024: The food was actually not bad, but the reason why its only one star is because my friend got food poisoning from it. We weren’t sure from what but we think it was from the raw fish. Maybe it wasn’t in the fridge or what so ever. Other from that the service was also not the best. they hardly ever noticed us and we had to run after them to pay. i could also have just left without paying they wouldn’t have noticed. I am really sad that my friend got poisoned because the rest was okay food.

03/08/2024: In summer, in this restaurant you can eat outdoors in a courtyard with green hedges on the sides. The menu is vast and the proposals are tempting. Located in the seaside area on the side of the old canal port. With a bit of luck, you can park on the canal side.

27/08/2024: It is the third year that we return to dine at Sushi Corner. They have a truly original and unique concept, with the possibility of staying in the park next door. This year they also made deckchairs available to customers, so as not to be directly on the ground. Excellent quality sushi and always different, really good!

03/08/2024: Totalmente delusa....devo ammettere che avevo aspettative molto alte ma il servizio da rivedere (il personale è gentile per carità però locale vuoto e cameriere che si vede e totalmente svogliato). uramaki senza sapore… posso dire dopo aver provato diversi ristoranti di sushi alla carta che qui sia a livello di gusto che di presentazione siamo ai livelli dell’all you can eat ( che almeno li spendi meno, qui costa come giustamente un ristorante alla carta di livello), per niente curato neanche l’aspetto estetico (non c’era un fiore nel piatto, totalmente asettico). Ciliegina sulla torta, nel bagno mancava la carta igienica (ripeto locale vuoto quindi è difficile che la gente finsica la scorta come quando ci si trova in un locale super affollato e giustamente un addetto può non accorgersi che manca) Me ne avevano parlato bene, ma da come leggo ora nelle altre recensioni sembra essere scaduto molto…..

25/06/2024: Sono stata a mangiare qui dopo più di un anno. Inizialmente non vedevo l’ora di tornarci, avevo sentito dire che era cambiato qualcosa…e purtroppo dovevo dare ragione a chi me lo ha detto. L’ultima volta la mia ordinazione rispecchiava il locale e infatti nel mix la presentazione del piatto era qualcosa di curato, c’era varietà di pesce, tipo la capasanta e il branzino, c’era la decorazione con i fiori (si chiama appunto maki Flores) e il cameriere o proprietario spiegava tutto con attenzione e passione. Questa volta invece il locale era vuoto, la ragazza sembrava annoiata (e ti credo…locale vuoto..), la presentazione del piatto niente di che, maki molto piccoli rispetto a come me li ricordavo, e poi non buonissimi. Ho mangiato meglio in alcuni all you can eat. Mi sono rimasti sullo stomaco….e il prezzo è aumentato. (So che è tutto aumentato, ma almeno la qualità se restava la stessa…invece…)

27/05/2024: I went to this location several times, as it is the only one in the area that allows the use of meal vouchers to pay. I appreciate the kindness of the staff and the speed, but certainly not the best sushi in the area... the menu does not have a wide choice, in my opinion it needs a restyling, also to be more competitive with the other all you can eat options. The place is clean, but it should be enhanced much more.

26/02/2024: Excellence! If you want to eat excellent sushi in a welcoming place I recommend Rainbow Sushi in San Giuliano! The attentive and friendly staff will satisfy all your requests. Yulia will be able to recommend the best wine that suits your palate and the dishes. What can I say... my girlfriend and I are now regular customers precisely because of the excellent service offered and the goodness of the sushi! Highly recommended.

13/07/2024: Sono stata con il mio ragazzo sperando di trovare un sushi all’altezza a Rimini. Non dubito sia il migliore in città, considerando le alternative… ma comunque sono rimasta insoddisfatta. Il Tiger roll con sopra il salmone affumicato del supermercato… Il cameriere che ci ha serviti però era molto gentile e carino ci stava simpatico

All the sushi is absolutely tasteless, inside there are large pieces of hard avocado that had to be removed. soy sauce is not tasty, even though it is available in Kikkoman bottles, but it clearly isn't, it tastes very acidic and ruins already tasteless food. A boy prepares sushi (long wait), in a kitchen without air conditioning with a temperature of 35 degrees.

30/04/2024: Scelto per un aperitivo...locale molto carino ed elegante! Personale molto gentile, simpatico e disponibile! Locale molto pulito e ricercato! Bevute dell'aperitivo abbondanti ma un po' alte come prezzo! Compreso nel costo patatine, noccioline e olive! Spazio sia interno che esterno!
