02/02/2025: I have been to this fantastic restaurant over and over again, the location is very intimate and bright, in a central position in Cervia. The welcome is always very attentive, like all the service, the staff is very well trained, attentive to details and customer needs, quick and friendly. The food is a real gem, delicate but at the same time very refined and refined dishes, where you can see the attention to detail and the quality of the products. Once you try it you will love it. They have a large menu but with tempting proposals that satisfy various types of palates. I recommend booking in advance as despite the numerous seats it has, being very popular it is also often full. It has two types of service, in addition to the à la carte one, namely the tasting formula and the omakase one. As for the omakase formula that I had the pleasure of trying this week, it consists of 12 courses and takes place in a room with a dedicated waitress, with 6 seats available. Elena was our "background voice", she pampered us and presented and explained each dish created by the chef at the counter in front of us, enriching the experience with stories and gems relating to Japanese culture, the history of the dishes or their traditions. She was truly knowledgeable and extremely kind and professional. The dishes are taken care of in detail as you can clearly see from the photos, the colours, the arrangement, the plating, nothing is left to chance. The prices are in line with the quality of the product, so I can only warmly recommend you try it and give yourself this experience. We will definitely be back to try the tasting menu.

25/01/2025: The passion and precision of the Japanese chef, the kindness and preparation of the sommelier who accompanied us throughout the evening made our dinner at Uni Omakase a memorable experience. Quality of raw materials and refinement of original Japanese preparations.

06/02/2025: I'll start by saying that I personally know all the staff and the owner, they work there with love and dedication, offering them mostly exclusive dishes, I tend to say that for me it's the best sushi in all of Romagna. I have been to many places, but like Azuki sushi Ravenna I have not tasted it, leaving aside the fact that I have collaborated and will still collaborate with them. I think that, in addition to these little stars, they need another 10 Michelin stars here, the absolute best, top of the top.

06/02/2025: Very welcoming and clean place in Ravenna, you don't leave with the need to immediately go to the laundry like in many Chinese ones, the service is impeccable, courteous and exhaustive, the quality of the dishes is unrivaled, all very tasty and prepared with a quantity of fresh fish that cannot be compared with the many All-can-you-eat ones. The wine selection is also excellent. For those who want quality sushi there are no alternatives within tens of km. Even the prices considering quantity and quality are excellent

09/02/2025: Molto buono il cibo , unica pecca.... i dolci ... costano tanto e non sono i loro, sarebbe bello anche solo il gelato fritto presempio... comunque il resto è ottimo

25/01/2025: It's 2025. I can't put tofu on the menu to try to make any roll for a vegetarian. It would be enough to use the ingredients differently to be a more accessible place for everyone and instead nothing at all. Basically a vegetarian only eats rice, cucumbers and avocado. Wake up

16/02/2025: Reportable service, it felt like we were at 41bis, the baby on the table next to me has grown big over time and now we are celebrating his 16th birthday. I don't know what world the people who had the courage to give 5 stars to this place live in, for goodness sake the food doesn't make you vomit and the place is also decent, but you can't wait 2 hours for 10 dishes. The experience was surreal, even though I had booked, my arrival seemed like a surprise, waiters throwing takeaway receipts on the floor, for soy sauce I had to ask the same waiter who was walking around with AirPods 3 times before I managed to get it, after 1 hour of NOTHING arriving, a waiter arrives to tell us "Everything has arrived?"... but what are you doing, are you even kidding me? The drinks service was very fast, as suggested at the checkout, I highly recommend rebranding to a Bar or Brewery.

14/02/2025: Terrible experience. We booked through their website and when we arrived it didn't seem like there was even a table for us. They sit us down and say that they have run out of tablets to order so we have a sheet of paper to write down the dishes we wanted. The food only arrived at the tables with the tablets. We waited 50 minutes before receiving 3 dishes out of the 9 ordered. The table next to us orders soy sauce and we call the waiter to bring it to us too but he ignores us and continues to serve other tables. When we pretend to order again he makes sure that our previous order has arrived and at our "only three dishes have arrived" he runs to the kitchen and in five minutes almost everything arrives, except the sushi boat, which is probably sunk because we never saw it. Not to mention the waiter who takes care of the takeaway service who throws the receipts for the orders fulfilled on the floor. Even though the food was good overall, there was terrible service and very long waiting times, I strongly advise against it.
