08/08/2024: Tra i sushi piu' buoni che abbia mai avuto il piacere di mangiare . Prodotti di buona qualita' , abbinamenti interessanti e gustosi . Anche la presentazione visiva ha il suo perche' . Piuttosto variegata e ampia anche la scelta nel menu . Su tutti i miei preferiti i Gyoka di gamberi , sublimi e' dire poco ..... Prezzi non di certo economici ma ci puo' stare in proporzione alla qualita' . Se devo trovare un difetto ( e suggerirei una modifica e un miglioramento ) , sono i tavoli piuttosto piccoli , dove si ha difficolta ' a farci stare piu' di 2 piatti , il tavolo e' piccolo per uno , figuriamoci per una coppia . Esperienza sicuramente da rifare . Bravi ragazzi ......

02/08/2024: Cena con mia figlia, premesso che essendo del luogo conosco già la struttura anche se la frequento più nella stagione invernale. Ebbene capita una serata poco felice, nulla di sconvolgente però se riconosci che il tonno non e all’altezza e non mi faccio portare altro, almeno non farlo pesare ugualmente sul conto finale. Resto della cena normale come sempre.

06/08/2024: I recently visited the Uni Restaurant in Cervia and, unfortunately, my experience did not live up to expectations. Let's start with the food: although the presentation of the dishes is taken care of down to the smallest detail, what is missing is the quality of the content. The flavors do not justify the exorbitant prices asked at all. The general feeling is that costs are inflated, supported more by the theater of presentation than by true culinary excellence. Presentation, however important, cannot replace the substance of the food. A restaurant of this caliber should offer a complete gastronomic experience, where the aesthetics of the dishes are accompanied by extraordinary flavours. Unfortunately, Uni di Cervia is unable to maintain this balance. The environment also leaves something to be desired. The spaces are poorly managed and the style of the restaurant does not reflect the elegance that the prices of the dishes would suggest. There is a lack of coherence between the attempt to offer a luxury experience and the reality of the physical space and furnishings. In summary, although the intention to offer a refined experience is clear, Ristorante Uni di Cervia fails to meet expectations. Good presentation should be accompanied by high quality food, which unfortunately I did not experience. Considering the offer, the quality-price ratio is unsatisfactory.
