13/03/2024: A popular place especially on Thursdays where it is literally impossible to enter if you haven't booked a table. Too many people allowed, which makes it impossible to move inside the room. being open to the public after dinner, the people who stop after having eaten dinner are added to those who arrive to use the bar. The location in the city that is easy to reach is a winner. Difficult to find parking. Nice atmosphere, a bit "Lust for Milan" in Bologna but it's the trend of the moment. high prices compared to the quality of the food, the bar and the service which would need to be reviewed, drinks cannot be served with 4 fingers of ice!!!!!
It is not uncommon to pay for bottles sent to tables other than the recipient, and for items of food and drinks in addition to those consumed. especially if there are numerous tables.
the vocalist is nice and approachable, but not too engaging, music that is too loud and not always exciting. a place that lacks originality and personality, does not have a precise distinctive note. Sin .

03/03/2024: Aesthetically pleasing restaurant, even if it is a pure copy and paste of many places now built in series, in the Milanese style.
Decent food, but nothing special, especially when compared to the prices.
Let's talk about prices, it's ok to have high prices if you offer particularly refined or elaborate dishes or drinks, it's different to simply raise the prices of things that are worth much less.
€10 for half a liter of Asahi, a purchase cost of between 1 and 2 euros, is madness.

04/04/2024: Very good, accessible to anyone and by any means, there were only a few annoying bullies among the customers, but the bar is quick, easy to consume, ready for any means of payment, comfortable to sit, clean bathroom, .. in short: promoted!

17/03/2024: I was in Bologna last week with my brother in a b and b which is located 50 meters from this restaurant. on the first evening, passing in front of this restaurant, my brother thought about stopping, but seeing the place, I insisted on continuing straight on. then I think about it and go in and even from the inside it doesn't make a great impression on me. ordered some ravioli and grilled chicken, I was very satisfied and in the end I returned 3 evenings in a row also eating a good ramen and some other types of ravioli and skewers. the place is family run, good, very friendly people. the only thing I can blame is the long wait for the food. so if you are in a hurry avoid it. but since I go out for dinner mainly to relax, it's not a problem for me. even the room isn't anything special. but overall I feel like giving it a positive rating, also because the prices are average and you don't spend a lot, considering that you are in the center of Bologna anyway

13/01/2024: Servizio lento e disorganizzato.
Locale freddo, da cenare con la giacca. Tovagliette di carta e qualità del cibo bassa.
Assolutamente non consigliato.
22/12/2023: Lasciate ogni speranza o voi che entrate…
Ho provato una marea di sushi come potete vedere anche dal mio profilo, dal più pretenzioso alla carta ai più basilari AYCE, ma un’esperienza simile mai capitata, nemmeno in un ristorante a Genova che successivamente chiuse per i NAS.
Ordiniamo e ci arrivano un paio di nigiri, quelli con salmone e surimi ok, non male (anche perché il surimi è uguale ovunque), quelli di anguilla penso fossero il risultato della dimenticanza del pesce in un surgelatore per almeno un paio d’anni, immangiabili, ho fatto fatica a finirne due. I ravioli di gambero con un impasto imbarazzante dei peggio surgelati di un discount in un quartiere malfamato.
Dulcis in fundo, arrivano gli yaki soba ai frutti di mare, la consistenza è il gusto era circa del pongo che le mie nipotine utilizzavano un paio d’anni fa per giocare a fare le cuoche.
Li ho lasciati nel piatto, e sono stato rimproverato dalla signora alla cassa che voleva farmeli pagare, mi dice “prossima volta te li faccio pagare” non capendo che:
A) non li ho lasciati per mancanza di appetito, uscito da lì avrei ordinato qualsiasi cosa
B) una prossima volta anche ricapitando a Bologna non ci sarà mai garantito 100/100
Se proprio proprio vi volete male e decidete di andarci, prendete il pollo alle mandorle o dei nigiri/roll basici, i piatti caldi lasciateli perdere.

10/03/2024: Un po confusionale il fatto che puoi ordinare 2 piatti ogni 10 minuti, come saporebene o male in linea con gli altri viet kong, peccato nel pesce crudo si senta molto il sapore di SCONGELATO, servizio buono prezzi nella media ci tornerei??? Come da titolo boh!!!!
18/02/2024: Amazing food, great ambiance and amazing service. Must visit when I Bologna. Top notch drinks, sushi was some of the best I have had in Italy! Simply amazing.
