22/11/2024: Very disappointing meal, vegetable fried gyozas were very hard and tasted like pretty much nothing , miso soup was ok , but I reckon the ready made miso soup at home tastes equally good Service was so so, the beer we ordered came in a can and when we opened the can the beer spayed out , like the can was shaken before it got to the table , nobody apologized or took away the beer soaked napkins Prices are relatively high for the quality and quantity of the food

14/10/2024: Food was excellent. Had fried gyoza as an appetizer, and then a spicy salmon roll. Difficulty came when I asked for an exchange of ingredients, from avocado to cucumber, but it was settled in the end. High quality soy sauce, and delicious salmon. Only real complaint was that the music wasn't really my taste.

19/01/2025: Una stella perché non ho potuto dare zero stelle… Lo staff è scortese, arrogante e indisponente. Adesso passiamo agli esempi pratici: tavolo da 20 persone divisi in 2 sottotavoli da 9 persone e 11, seduti al tavolo iniziamo con il primo ordine compreso di due bottiglie d’acqua, passano 10 minuti e chiediamo se ci possono portare l’acqua ma nulla rispondono sisi e ci ignorano questo succede per altri 30 minuti fino a quando non mi sono alzata e sono andata personalmente a chiedere dicendo che l’acqua che avevamo ordinato dal tavolo nostro poi visto su bigliettino rivelatosi errato era già arrivata ed era 1 chiedendo di venire a controllare sul tablet del tavolo ma niente è stato risposto arrogantemente ordina un altra bottiglia e te la portiamo, passato altri 20 minuti abbiamo chiesto ad un altro cameriere la stessa cosa e finalmente si è degnato di guardare il tablet e portarci la bottiglia d’acqua mancante, oltre questo ci hanno portato per tutto il tempo piatti dell’altro tavolo che per “comodità” loro erano stati divisi (non sapevano minimamente dove portare i piatti). Passiamo al cibo, insipido ma tutto sommato mangiabile. Quindi ripeto zero stelle su cinque.

19/01/2025: experience not to be repeated without grumpy, rude, arrogant and aggressive people, I'm speechless, shocked, we left the place and I will never go back there again, I highly recommend it, terrible, terrible
