23/10/2024: Cozy place and the owner, Giovanni, is helpful and kind as are all the other people who work there. They make you feel at home. I recommend the seared salmon and vegetables and giving in to some gluttony because the desserts are delicious. It's worth all the kilometers I travel every time to reach it!

21/12/2024: This evening I went to umami with my girlfriend, a restaurant where I had already been at the end of August and found myself enjoying it. The restaurant is in Corso Trieste, in the city centre, well furnished, small, welcoming, friendly staff and an elegant atmosphere. We ordered two glasses of chardonnay (very good), a trio of tartare, a 20-piece set and two Nutella cheesecakes. Everything was truly perfect, good wine, exceptional sashimi, let's not talk about sushi, very fresh tartare and also very good dessert unlike many sushi restaurants. The sore point was the service, in the sense that the staff was helpful and kind but the times were biblical (and I'm talking about our case because I saw that tables next to ours were handled very quickly). We arrived at 9pm and the trio of tartare arrived exactly 50 minutes after ordering. To have the sushi we waited another 35 minutes and by the time we ate the dessert it was 11pm. Clearly spending two hours in this restaurant is nothing but a pleasure but one can well understand that waiting so long between one dish and another is not it is very pleasant. In any case, I don't feel like giving less than 5 stars because I'm sure that this thing only happened with us and only tonight, and since we really had a great time, I don't feel like penalizing a restaurant that truly deserves it. If you are looking for à la carte sushi in Caserta and its province, I wouldn't think twice about booking here (and I recommend you book because it's very popular). I hope to return soon.

03/02/2025: Always excellent on any day. Yes, we are not at very high levels, but I have always ordered all you can eat, and compared to the menu the quality is excellent. Skewers sometimes arrive in smaller numbers. They evolve based on demand for dishes and flavors. Only one I like in the area

20/01/2025: We went for lunch yesterday with the family, it's been a while since I've been back here but practically nothing has changed when you order a few more dishes they're clever and bring less or they let the established time pass so you don't bring it anymore, oh well, what can I say? go elsewhere there is better around with the same demands but more friendliness and less teasing
