02/03/2025: Classic environment where before there was something else and now this large space has been created where food is prepared at the entrance there is a small conveyor belt where the sushi dishes rotate and are freshly prepared by a chef behind a small counter the variety of sushi is not very wide but in any case they are always prepared fresh there is then a large buffet where there are the classics of Japanese cuisine and there is also a small side where you can take fish or meat to be cooked on the spot obviously always placing the reference point on the dish which will then be brought to your table, The variety is not the best in fact in my opinion the food is very simple and spartan, however there are various options and the choices of soy sauce and wasabi are then on the side of the buffet where anyone can take it with a teaspoon and some pebbles, In my opinion not very hygienic. There is also a small sweets section with the classic Chinese fruit and sometimes traditional fluta like apple and anamanas, sometimes pannaccotta or chocolate salami, there is also a small freezer with ice creams to take by the spoonful and it is a sort of lemon sorbet.
