06/04/2024: I called twice and both times he hung up on the phone after two rude sentences. "We're busy. HI. You-you-you” If you are busy don't answer the phone. I don't find the point in answering, not listening to even a tight sentence from the customer and then throwing the phone down with a very pissed off attitude. Apart from the fact that I find hanging up in the customer's face like this to be counterproductive as well as extremely rude. It's a shame because the food is good, but the staff are unspeakable.

06/04/2024: Exquisite typical food served by friendly and pleasant staff in a cheerful and familiar environment. Paradise Lost is a safe haven to satisfy the desire to immerse yourself in the Venetian climate.

11/12/2023: RECOMMANDÉ PAR DES LOCAUX MAIS VRAIMENT TRES DECEVANT. LA COMMANDE PASSEE, PLUS DE CONTACT AVEC LA DIRECTION QUI NE NOUS A PAS SALUÉ EN PARTANT. REPAS LE PLUS MEDIOCRE ET SURTOUT LE PLUS CHER DE TOUT LE SEJOUR. VRAIMENT A EVITER.

02/03/2024: Locale accogliente. Personale molto gentile e cibo ottimo! Abbiamo preso un antipasto di Salumi con sottaceti e un primo, i frisensal.. tutto ottimo! ci hanno portato i piattini per dividerli senza chiedergli niente... carinissimi! Poi fegato alla veneziana.. davvero squisito.. Per finire in bellezza il tiramisù e i biscotti con la crema al mascarpone... Che dire... super consigliato!!

22/02/2024: Domenica. Giornata tranquilla. Camminiamo a Mestre e entriamo in questa osteria - osteria Cuccagna. Bel posto, non molto grande. Ma tranquillo. Lo staff molto gentile. I piatti si preparano molto veloce. Abbiamo preso 2 piatti di antipasto(non si presentano nelle foto perché sono finiti velocissimo😅) e risotto per 2 ai frutti di mare 😋. Desert eccellente preparato al momento che è tiramisù. Super buono 👌🏼 Consigliato ❤️

27/12/2023: Ho cenato nel ristorante dell'hotel usufruendo anche dello sconto come soggiornanti in hotel. Ho preso del baccalà mantecato e un filetto. Ottima la qualità ma il prezzo un po più alto della media. É comunque da consigliare soprattutto per chi soggiorna in hotel

12/11/2023: Premesso che mi piace molto il bar dell'hotel molto accogliente dove vengo spesso, con mio rammarico trovo da migliorare il servizio ai tavoli nella zona salotto. Sì aspetta un po' troppo per l'ordinazione, i camerieri sembrano siano poco esperti. Soprattutto non ritirano le ordinazioni consumate. Cordialmente Cristina
