11/01/2025: I've been there 3 times over the years and each time I can't wait to go back. Spectacular food and an infinite cellar (impossible to read the entire wine list) that you can visit.
They make simple traditional seasonal dishes with a bit of modernity, I still remember the guinea fowl salad eaten 10 years ago, the most tender and juicy beef fillet ever, and the dessert with marron glaces 😍😍😍
It costs a little more than average but it's worth it for so much quality.
