18/01/2026: Discovered this place through the Michelin guide. On our way home, we stopped for lunch (after booking during the week). The place is located in a hilltop village in a quiet, panoramic area. We had a very good lunch; the place is new and well-kept, overlooking the valley. The staff is kind and very attentive, and the dishes are excellent and well-presented. The menu is extensive, with interesting off-menu options. I highly recommend this place for its tranquility and quality.

07/01/2026: Just had our third visit to this great restaurant, to be confirmed our opinion. Worth visiting, in Castelfranco Veneto adjacent to the historic center this place won us over with its refined cuisine, modern in the presentation of the dishes but which recalls tradition in the use of carefully chosen products. Some also ownly produced, with the recovery of ancient and little-known plants. An end of year dinner that we will remember. All the dishes would each require a detailed description, but the calamarata and the saddle of venison definitely delighted us. Finally a wine list worthy of being called a story. Congratulations, very good.

14/10/2025: Splendid location Trattoria located in an old mill, beautifully restored, with spacious indoor and outdoor spaces, a garden, and a pond where you can relax on wooden benches. Superlative food, decidedly above-average, and attentive service. From the appetizers to the Amaro del Frate liqueur, you feel cared for and well-attended. A unique experience, worth repeating.

16/01/2026: The hotel is located close to the city center, but especially close to a very famous clinic nearby. The building was recently renovated and has an on-site restaurant serving local cuisine. The renovated rooms are basic, modern, clean, and comfortable, although small. The breakfast deserves special mention for its express service. The price is very competitive. Well done!

12/09/2025: A wonderful dinner with honest, delicious regional Italian cuisine! The wine recommendations were fantastic, and the wine selection is impressive. Super friendly service. Since my Italian isn't that good, it was somewhat helpful that the owner understood and spoke English very well and his staff spoke passable English. The restaurant is worth repeating. We'll be back.

Service is quick and friendly, and the staff is always attentive and smiling. 04/11/2025: On Friday, October 31st, during a visit to Verona, we stopped at this place for an aperitivo, as usual. We've been going there for years, and to be honest, it's never disappointed us. This time, however, we were quite surprised, especially when it came to the bill. We ordered two glasses of wine (a Soave and a Ripasso) and two "poci," small samples of food served in a small pan and accompanied by bread—bread, which, incidentally, is billed separately. The "poci" we chose were a Parmigiana and a Tomato and Stracciatella. The first turned out to be a simple stewed diced eggplant, far from a true parmigiana; the second consisted of a few spoonfuls of tomato sauce with a very small amount of stracciatella. I should point out that the price list clearly stated the prices, so there was no reason to object to formal correctness; However, the quantity and quality of what was served seemed completely disproportionate to the overall cost and the expectations we had built up over years of frequenting the restaurant.

You can't bring eight appetizers to a table of 13-14 people and then bring them to the rest after the first eight have long since finished eating them. And the same thing happened with other dishes. If there are problems in the kitchen (unexpected events can happen, e.g., illnesses/bad days, etc.), you inform the diners...
