20/01/2025: La Bettola del Buttero is a true jewel for lovers of good food! The meat is simply exceptional, cooked to perfection and of the highest quality. Also unmissable is the crouton with livers, an appetizer rich in flavor that wins you over at first taste. Potatoes under the ashes are an irresistible side dish, which adds a rustic and genuine touch to the meal. Perfect conclusion, their ricotta and chocolate tart, a real treat! The service is impeccable: the staff is professional, kind and always attentive to customer needs. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming, warm and perfect for a relaxing lunch or dinner in a refined environment. The only flaw is that you cannot book, so you have to be there before opening and first come, first served or, alas, not eaten. The location is very convenient, immediately at the Fabro motorway exit, with a large car park that makes arriving and stopping really simple. Highly recommended for those looking for a high-level culinary experience
