Following the owner's response, I add,
Well, yes, after six months, I can say I've eaten with rats in the dining room, seen the chef smoking in unsanitary conditions right in the middle of the dining room, been punched in the back by a waiter, been called a shitty southerner by the owner who, instead of taking a stand, allows certain behavior in his restaurant, and after eating for a month straight with the same waiter slamming the plate in my face, causing the pasta to fall on the table, well, yes, I can say it's the worst place I've ever eaten in my entire life. And if the owner wants, I still have plenty of other "false" reasons, as he calls them. Even with proof and testimony.
