07/08/2024: Let's draw a veil of compassion...the rib that should have been 5/600 grams rare arrived 3 mm thick. overcooked and no more than 300 grams. From chef to chef...change jobs! that a cut of meat like that is uncookable because as soon as you turn it even once during cooking it's already overcooked with that thickness... too bad... OK I'LL ANSWER YOU: The problem isn't getting the dish wrong, the problem is not not even being able to understand how much the scale shows and see the thickness.....but I doubt this..I think it was cooked and served even knowing everything...that's why the review is so severe!
01/08/2024: X the owner who replied to me regarding the first courses with cream: first of all I know Italian perfectly and everything that concerns it, secondly if he also puts cream in brackets it means that the ingredient is still there regardless of whether it is used to mix... it is written only to cover the pain... in case of intolerances. So next time speak more politely and accept criticism if you have decided to do this job. I therefore believe that without cream the dishes are not as top as he says. Greetings
