31/07/2025: I had never crossed the threshold of a Michelin-starred restaurant, nor did I think a meal could evoke such a profound sense of wonder. La Madia di Pino isn't just a place to dine: it's a suspended space, where time slows down and food once again has a voice.
In an age where haste has numbed taste and the market has accustomed us to repetitive, industrial flavors, this experience felt like a revelation. For the first time in a long time, I truly ate: with my sight, my smell, my hearing, my heart. Each dish, conceived as a fragment of art, invited slowness and contemplation of taste.
It's a journey that reminds us how far we've come from listening to food, and how much beauty there is still to be rediscovered or recovered.
A precious experience, which teaches—or perhaps reminds—that nourishment can also be an act of beauty and truth.

29/07/2025: A masterpiece of a dinner, fully worthy of what one would expect from a two-Michelin-star experience. Of course, the bill is accordingly, but we left happy to have invested that money in such a gastronomic experience. Chef Cuttaia also comes to the table frequently to check on the progress of the dinner and to chat in a very pleasant manner.
