From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great friendliness and attention by the staff, who made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening. The menu was rich and well-studied, with dishes that managed to combine tradition and creativity. Each course was prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the flavor was extraordinary. The presentation of the dishes was taken care of down to the smallest detail, transforming each course into a visual as well as a taste experience. One aspect that I particularly appreciated was the restaurant's willingness to create ad-hoc dishes for my lactose intolerance, without ever making me feel limited or different from the other diners.
