17/07/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant in Cuglieri. A delightful discovery. This is where you can taste the real Sardinia! Simple dishes, but expertly prepared, all authentic and flavorful. We tried the suckling pig, their specialty, which melted in your mouth! The staff was always attentive and smiling. The young lady who served us was truly talented and knowledgeable. The prices were very fair. I highly recommend this place if you want to taste the real Sardinia!
13/07/2025: If you're looking for authentic, typical Sardinian food, this is the place to be! Desogos in Cuglieri serves delicious, authentic dishes – even game is on the menu. Great value for money, and Pina is simply wonderful: always friendly and attentive.
The ambiance is just as special: a cozy, traditional dining room with lovingly decorated walls, rustic wooden furniture, and a beautiful fireplace. Everything is adorned with Sardinian details, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. You immediately feel at home here! Highly recommended!

16/08/2025: Welcome: Upon arrival, in the mid-August heat, we were kindly invited to wait outside until 1:15 PM.
Location: No air conditioning, so be prepared for a blast.
Appetizer: Vegetable samples in various sauces (in short, hot air).
First course: A sort of nauseating pasta with fried eggplant and cheese.
Second course: Dry porchetta and a bowl of veal morsels.
Portions were small, but there were certainly plenty left over.
Price: €55/person.
Otherwise, everyone was very friendly.
12/08/2025: A unique agriturismo offering traditional dishes carefully prepared and served with warmth and originality. The location is unique, atop a mountain with a sanctuary and views of both the sea (Bosa) and the mountains (Cuglieri). The furnishings are thoughtfully crafted, incorporating Sardinian and modern antiques.
