13/08/2024: We chose to eat at this Sardinian cuisine restaurant, looking for a place for dinner on a Saturday evening. And the good comments and the interesting menu brought us here to Alessandro e Margherita. The location, in the evening, is truly unique and welcoming, with the fairy lights in the garden, the soft lights in the part of the uncovered patio, a nice atmosphere. The menu is purely Sardinian, from starters to dessert, I was surprised by the sheep's ham that I ate for the first time (as a Sardinian), and I found it really delicious. The ham was served with artichokes, cardoons, mushrooms and olives. As first courses, two delicious dishes: we chose the culurgiones with tomato, and the fregola with vegetables and sausage. How sweet the seadas, good! A tip: it is better to present the carasau bread at the table at the moment, in order to preserve it from heat and humidity, otherwise it will be soft, losing its crunchiness and fragrance. We paid the right price, good value for money. Not too long wait. I highly recommend it for those like me who love Sardinian cuisine. Margherita is a nostalgic, friendly Sardinian who has lived in Friuli for many, many years.
10/08/2024: .... What can I say in this period it seems like being in a fairy tale .... (A month to set up the whole place) .... Typical Sardinian dishes from wine to dessert.... Then also cut and chop.... All very good! THEIR SARDINIAN GINS EXCELLENT..... Young and kind staff (Giorgia the top).... Pleasantly surprised and happy to know that they MAKE almond sweets (delicious) especially for those with food intolerance problems. Ample parking in front. Medium-high prices STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
