08/12/2025: A glimpse of Rome down in the heel of Italy! 🍝
Really delicious pasta in the middle of Lecce! Right at the entrance you are greeted by a very homely feeling when you ring the doorbell just like an apartment. The owner of the restaurant is incredibly welcoming and makes sure that the food served is to your satisfaction. Recommend booking a table, often full.
07/12/2025: The aroma is always top-notch. My wife and I come here too infrequently, but every time we stop by, it feels like home. Today, after many years, we returned with the kids and even our dog (who is very welcome). Attentive service, excellent food, and the drinks are also good. Fabiana and Stefano are passionate about their work, and it shows!

14/12/2025: The Roman cuisine is good, but unfortunately I had a negative experience that I want to share with those with celiac disease. I called to make a reservation, asking if they do gluten-free, and they told me not to worry because they're equipped to do so.
The appetizer I received included both gluten- and non-gluten-free dishes. This unsettled me, and I mentioned it. The answer I received was that many of the dishes were gluten-free, but they were served on the same plate as the gluten-containing food. Given their lack of preparation, I pointed out that gluten-free is no joke, and you have to be prepared and transparent about what they offer.
13/12/2025: A great place for food lovers, and as usual, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Simple, welcoming, and intimate.
The food is good; the dishes are prepared with care and artistry, and they're generous and flavorful.
The kindness and helpfulness of the staff sets it apart from other places, and Mrs. Virginia's warm spirit is as extraordinary and unique as her passion for cooking.
Eating at LE ROMANELLE is like eating at home!
Highly recommended!
29/08/2025: Simple but welcoming place, beautiful outdoor space, in addition to a good pizza and equally good traditional Roman first courses, the politeness and kindness of the owner and staff reign supreme, highly recommended
