11/11/2025: Best Roman food in Lecce. I live in Lecce and in my opinion Stefano and Fabiola have a truly good place, provided you like pasta and red wine - great wine list and classic dishes make for a excellent night. The courtyard is lovely in warmer months. You should book this is a local favourite but plenty of tourists find it too. If you like a Rum you will be amazed at Stefano's collection- some seriously good stuff here. All of this is understated and delivered like an evening with the side of your family you like.

16/11/2025: A unique restaurant serving traditional Roman cuisine. The pecorino cheese pasta is delicious, as is the selection of traditional appetizers. Prices are moderate.
03/11/2025: A wide selection of typical Roman dishes. Truly tasty and beautifully presented. Prices could be a little more reasonable.
It's worth a try, because it's worth it.

Simple, welcoming, and intimate.
The food is good; the dishes are prepared with care and artistry, and they're generous and flavorful.
The kindness and helpfulness of the staff sets it apart from other places, and Mrs. Virginia's warm spirit is as extraordinary and unique as her passion for cooking.
Eating at LE ROMANELLE is like eating at home!
Highly recommended!
29/08/2025: Simple but welcoming place, beautiful outdoor space, in addition to a good pizza and equally good traditional Roman first courses, the politeness and kindness of the owner and staff reign supreme, highly recommended
