23/11/2024: As soon as I entered I breathed clean air.
Then I tasted the wonderful tripe, then passing through a norcina, coratella, tart, finishing with the last rites which is nothing else but a lemon liqueur. Massimo and his son are two genuine and nice people.
22/11/2024: We were passing through, with many kilometers still to travel and... hungry! Excellent welcome, very simple but clean room. We were recommended two appetizers that surprised us: a melted cheese with bacon and mortadella and the coratelle with artichokes. Then the classic cacio e pepe and carbonara. All very very good (no, I wasn't wrong: I wrote "very" twice on purpose). The exquisite owners. We highly recommend it. Well done.

Owner smoking inside the place...
Starter of fried foods not made at the moment, raw grilled vegetables, meat with inedible cream...
I would say if you are not able to continue a place you should close it without making the poor people who happen to be in those parts spend money.
02/11/2024: Disgusting place, we took appetizers which in my opinion had been fried for days and reheated on the spot as a second course, some cadaverous white scallops with lemon, we immediately got up for the bill to leave as soon as possible. 🤮
