A well-deserved round of applause for the potato gnocchi with white sausage ragù: soft, enveloping, with a tasty and not greasy sauce, a caress for the palate. The frico is simply superb, golden and crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside, capable of bringing you back with just one taste to the pure and intense flavors of the cuisine of the past. And the goulash? Excellent, tender and spicy at the right point, with slow cooking that enhances every nuance of the taste.
