27/05/2025: I see some good reviews, it seems I'm a loser, because mine is decidedly negative. I read outside "aperitivo from 18.00". I go in, on the aperitif menu there is a list of drinks and a list of cutting boards on which it is specified "the cutting boards are accompanied by tigelle and fried gnocchi, I ask for an Aperol Spritz and a cutting board, they ask me if I want the mixed one or just raw ham and squacquerone, I go for the mixed one. They bring me the spritz, judgment between decent and good, they bring the cutting board, 4 slices of Milanese salami, 4 slices of raw ham, two slices of cheese with fig jam, and two shortcrust pastry boats filled with Russian salad and a gorgonzola cream. Overall it seems like a good cutting board to me. I wait for the famous tigelle and fried gnocchi to arrive. I'm still waiting now... No tigelle, no fried gnocchi, but also no bread, no breadsticks, no crackers, nothing at all, so the cold cuts remained on the cutting board, I waited 40 minutes then I finished the spritz and left (13 euro).
Advice: change the name of the place to "portatevi il pane da casa Biella"
EDIT: I'm changing my review by adding two stars because reading the owner's response it would seem quite clearly that there was a mix-up.
13/05/2025: Evening of the Alpine gathering in Biella so delirium of people, but despite this excellent dishes and service with raw materials of excellent quality as well as a super menabrea local beer. Compliments
