01/12/2024: Michelin Star dining in my neighborhood! This place came as a recommended and it lived up to the hype of good food and good service! You can't go wrong with either the 7 or 12 course tasting menu! I opted for the 12 and was PLENTY full! Wine pairing is an option for either of the tasting sets as well! If you want an elevated dining experience let SUD be your next stop!
17/11/2024: The fact that a starred chef decides to open in Quarto is to be commended, the experience was fantastic, the service really excellent (perhaps the storytelling of the dishes could be improved, such as telling the customer the process behind it) I would see the light again, too loud, not very intimate.. the environment in general needs to be revisited for a moment... Congratulations again to the chef
