06/12/2024: Optimal! We have now gone twice and will definitely be back. Small but welcoming place, very rustic but personally I really like it (it's true that sometimes there is no matching between chairs and tables or similar things, but personally I look at the food and not the aesthetics - then obviously it's taste and I like this strange style). Possibility of dining outdoors, but obviously in the cold it is not recommended. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Really excellent food, we had different courses each time and always very good, with prices in line with other places. Sometimes they offer combinations that may seem strange but are truly excellent. Both first and second courses are super. On the two visits we tried the timbale (very good, like a kind of lasagna), the tagliatelle with white ragù (excellent, fresh pasta and very tasty ragù, I preferred the first one), the ribs (equally excellent and super tender) And the changing soup (equally excellent, is called this because it always changes). Obviously the top are the Abruzzo classic, the arrosticini, who must never be missing, but there depends on the tastes of course. In my opinion you need to taste about ten of them anyway. The bitters are also super, some of which come directly from an Abruzzo producer and are really good. As a woman I would give a note of merit to the bathroom, which is equipped with many things available (pads, make-up remover, hairspray, various soaps etc...). I would also like to point out that to those who say they don't have "bread and salt at the table" that in this place they don't charge a cover charge (or at least we were not made to pay on either of the two occasions because the receipt shows a cover charge of "0.00" ), but if you need something the waiters are always available. As a person who eats normal food, I don't think the portions are small, considering that we always take a basic dish and then at least 10 kebabs (we would be full without them, but they are too good not to take them...). Then according to my boyfriend we would like more, but he is a pathological case of a "bottomless pit" and doesn't make any sense. In my opinion, you get up just right from the table. Furthermore, waiting for freshly cooked meat is necessary, considering both the cooking itself and the order of ordering (even between first and second courses). So for me approved and we will definitely be back.
