09/02/2025: I highly recommend this restaurant: for lunch with the "all you can eat" formula for only 15 euros you can order whatever you want (even on Sundays). Very good quality of fresh fish, quick and very friendly service. We had a great time and will definitely be back!! I recommend booking though.

02/02/2025: Excellent restaurant with hot pot menu. In Prato the quality is unparalleled. The price is a little higher than other hot pots but the quality is on another level. I highly recommend the fresh pasta which is space. It is convenient to order mixed dishes of mushrooms, vegetables and tofu. I highly recommend.

02/02/2025: Fantastic experience!! We had never tried hot pot cooking and we loved it. The staff is very friendly and assists you in choosing the food to order. Since the wait for the table would have been long, they reserved an entire room for us. The raw materials are of good quality and the prices are fair in this place you have fun cooking!! 09/02/2025: Terrible experience, 12 of us went to eat knowing that the place would be full. The waiter, a very young boy who understood little Italian, approached to take our order, immediately demonstrating great difficulty. As time went by, several times we were brought double or wrong dishes or dishes we hadn't ordered, which we promptly reported without receiving any feedback. After the third double portion, I approached the owner to ask her not to bring anything else, stressing that there had been mistakes and that we would have paid for everything anyway, but avoiding further waste of food. The owner first responded terribly and then, when my companion gave an additional explanation, she started yelling, saying that the waiter was good, that we had made a mistake and that my request came from not wanting to pay the bill. Screaming wildly despite our demonstrated politeness and the explanations that we tried in vain to add (our request was not a discount but to avoid further food waste) we asked for the bill and we paid and said goodbye politely (accompanied until the exit by his comments in Chinese that were evidently not flattering). As a regular customer until a few years ago, I strongly advise against choosing this restaurant because in Prato currently other places managed with great professionalism by Chinese deserve the title of excellence much more, both for the quality that has dropped a lot and for the courtesy that fame has evidently made disappear. To eat "a real Chinese" in Prato you can also leave the Macrolotto Zero... trust me!

08/02/2025: Esperienza pessima, siamo andati a mangiare in 12 sapendo di trovare un locale pieno e quindi prenotando con largo anticipo. Il cameriere, un ragazzo giovanissimo che poco capiva di Italiano si è avvicinato a prendere l'ordinazione dimostrando subito grande difficoltà. Con il passare del tempo più volte ci sono stati portati piatti doppi o sbagliati o non ordinati che abbiamo prontamente segnalato senza ottenere riscontro. Alla terza porzione doppia mi sono avvicinata alla proprietaria per chiederle di non portare altro, sottolineando che c'erano stati errori e che avremmo pagato comunque tutto evitando però altro spreco di cibo. La titolare ha prima risposto in modo pessimo e poi, alla spiegazione aggiuntiva data dal mio compagno si è messa ad urlare dicendo che il cameriere è bravo, che abbiamo sbagliato noi e che la mia richiesta veniva dal non voler pagare il conto. Urlando selvaggiamente nonostante la nostra educazione dimostrata e le spiegazioni che abbiamo tentato invano di aggiungere (la nostra richiesta non era uno sconto ma l'evitare ulteriore spreco di cibo) ci siamo fatti fare il conto e abbiamo pagato e salutato educatamente (accompagnati fino all'uscita dai suoi commenti in cinese evidentemente non lusinghieri). Da cliente abituale fino a qualche anno fa sconsiglio vivamente la scelta di questo ristorante perché a Prato attualmente altri posti gestiti con grande professionalità da cinesi meritano molto di più l'appellativo di eccellenza, sia per la qualità che si è molto abbassata che per la cortesia che evidentemente la fama ha fatto svanire. Per mangiare "un vero cinese" a Prato si può anche uscire dal Macrolotto Zero...fidatevi
