15/02/2025: The food is of excellent quality, the service is fast and the staff are quite friendly, not all waiters alike. Clean place. I find it a little expensive compared to the average and I don't like that they only take restaurant tickets for lunch from Monday to Friday: I find it really unfair, what do they know if I do a job that involves working in the evening and/or also on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays? Either you always get them or you never get them.
12/02/2025: Everything is excellent but don't go on the veranda in the winter: there is a small flame and drafts with a door that opens outside. Practically as if you were eating out.....

10/02/2025: I'm sorry but I'm forced to change my review, before it was good and deserved 5 stars, but now, unfortunately it goes to three stars. Scary menu stained with oil, terrible service, the waiter got the order wrong because he was talking on his cell phone while taking the order. Quality of food not as before. For that price you can find better. Alas everything only got worse
26/01/2025: Well, surely the large table with screaming children attached didn't help the service and took longer... but the kitchen was certainly in a bit of a crisis last night. However, the raw materials are good and the dishes are successful, even the portions are right, maybe worth trying again if two of you go there 😉😛

12/01/2025: Poor general quality and the fried foods are so full of oil that they leave your hands completely dripping and cannot be eaten. The price of the fixed menu is inadequate compared to the quality of the dishes, the service and the restaurant itself.

06/11/2024: I would like to know the people who gave 5 stars to this restaurant and who defined it as the best AYCE Japanese restaurant where they ate in Florence. This restaurant from the location, to the food, to the service, to the menu etc in any aspect is AWFUL.
PS: Reply to the owner's reply. Nobody expected anything special. Without any hard feelings EVERYTHING we mentioned was highly POOR and inferior to 90% of the AYCE Japanese restaurants we frequent. Having said that, I wish you the best of luck at work and I hope that this review can stimulate you to raise your standards.
03/11/2024: I don't know how you are used to eating, reading reviews "the best Japanese..." gives me shivers.
Ok the price is really really low but here quality and decency are at an all-time low.
Sticky rice.
Raw with no flavor.
Order still to be written on the leaflet like 15 years ago.
An incredible stench.
Supermarket wine at €1.50 sold for €12
I don't continue...
Absolutely better to spend €10 more!!!!

13/01/2025: One of the best ayce hands down. The dishes are truly delicious, both Chinese and Japanese food. The service is excellent, they are very fast and above all they are always really kind. The place was renovated some time ago and is really beautiful and very well kept, excellent cleanliness. Favorite dish hands down the Philadelphia gunkan, which unfortunately are limited per person, they are addictive, they are really too good. I love this restaurant, I have been going there for years now and I have never left dissatisfied.
10/01/2025: we arrived for dinner at 8.15pm and ordered at 8.35pm after an hour if not more and still some dishes had not arrived. Normal food, nothing special. Waitresses not very friendly. Nice environment.

Roba da pazzi!!!!
Premetto che non avendo mangiato sushi su questo non mi esprimo.
Ho ordinato tempura e un riso.
Entrambe le pietanze troppo unte.
Il riso era riscaldato e pure male al microonde.
Sapori mescolati fra loro in modo raffazzonato senza un minimo di misura .
Risultato pessimo e costo elevato per la qualità offerta.
Esperienza da non ripetere.
